So overall I would of gave this place a 5 star off rip because of how beautiful it was, me and my boyfriend and our son stayed in downtown Saint Louis and were just looking for restaurants near by we could walk too since it felt great last night we seen this place on google we wanted to try something different so we just went to check them out. Very beautiful when you enter but people were mugging us like we didn’t belong maybe because we were dressed down I’m not sure ? But again we just googled something and went anyway we were getting rude stares and it took a while for anybody to even acknowledge us and sit us the way the place looked it didn’t seem like a seat your self kind of restaurant mind you the waiter walked passed us multiple times and didn’t say hey you may sit anywhere you would like. Okay we ordered it took a HOUR AND 30 MINS FOR OUR FOOD TO COME OUT because I have an 7p alarm on my phone it went off maybe 20 Mins after we ordered and we didn’t get our food until like 8:38ish mind you other guest that were coming in or came in after us food started coming out right after ours and they were sitting for at least 20 mins so I feel like they forgot our food or didn’t put our order in. Like just because we weren’t in “fancy” clothes don’t mean we can’t afford pasta be for real and my salmon was burnt and dry BUT ate it just pulled the burnt pieces off and didn’t want a replacement because of how long we waited I didn’t want to wait 2 more hours for just salmon and we got pasta and seafood. And I’m a seafood lover it don’t take a hour and 30 mins to Cook shrimp , salmon , grilled chicken and pasta and our food was like warm like it was just sitting back there not hot like we expected it to be seeing we waited soooo long 😒 so I’m not sure what the issue was like they didn’t want to serve us overall it was a short African American guy he was really nice speaking to everyone but I wouldn’t go back just because of how the service went I still tipped the guy even though I wanted to not give anything for how we were treated because of how we were dressed or looked or guess or maybe they just have poor service I don’t know but that was a first and last

We had a reservation for 5 people. We waited an hour after ordering for the ravioli appetizer to come out. During that wait I had to literally chase the waiter down to get an update on our order. The ravioli was hard and lukewarm at best when it arrived. Then about 15 minutes later the children's chicken sliders showed up. They only ate half of it because they were starving. My daughter literally ate half of my carbonara because her chicken sliders were so horrible.
The waiter didn't come to the table to even offer refills. The manager had to refill my daughter's coke. The final straw was me having to chase someone down to get the bill and then having to get up and go to the bar to pay because our waiter never came back to the table to retrieve it.
The excuse I got was they were busy, oddly enough every other table, including the group that was BYOB with their own cooler of drinks, seemed to be getting service and their food but ours.
Needless to say I would not recommend this restaurant or ever return to it.

Drinks here are amazing! The bar manager Maurice was attentive toward everyone and the bartender? She was a delight as well. The atmosphere was clean, cozy and the perfect way to chill while downtown. I have not had the food yet but I seen some delicious plates go out so I will be back! :)

We stayed in the hotel and got dinner twice and were served at the bar by Mio multiple times. I got my usual Shirley temple, my family got an old fashioned, lemon drop, and cosmo. My mom is never happy with her drink but she loved her customized cosmo and our drinks were great everytime. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful.
The building is also beautiful being a historic bank. Really calm nice place.
