Fix hours! They close 1.5 hours before
Took forever to place order. I had chicken sliders and hubby had a burger. 45 min later I got my sliders. Waitress said burger is coming. 15 minutes later still no burger. HORRIBLE !
Oh God avoid. Beautiful bar and restaurant but what is going on in here. Bartender seems high like maybe he just walked off the street. He has no glassware. He has no fruit. He's not following sanitary procedures. Bar is dirty. Don't come here.
This placed served Calamari that appeared to be undercooked, the wait is very long, and the food is way overpriced for the portions and quality of it. Do not waste your time here
If I could give zero stars I would. Drinks are watered down. The cheese in the cheese board was hot and had been sitting out for awhile. The service was awful!!!!!! Advise to stay away! Just don’t have anything kind to say about this place. No wait because we had a reservation which they didn’t seem to know.
The service was terrible and our order, after waiting 15 minutes to get seated (open tables) and 15 to 20 minutes to get our order taken it was wrong. Had to ask for coffee refills, and the check. Waited another minutes before asking a different server if they could take our payment. I rarely leave a bad review, but this was a terrible place to eat with my family.
Super frustrated by this. Booked a brunch reservation and when I made the reservation, I consciously chose to have menu table service instead of the buffet. A-the buffet was overpriced and B-my family was looking forward to the menu. Instead, we were told the menu wasn't available only buffet. This brunch ended up costing us way more than we planned and more than it should have and was not worth the time.
I enjoyed the variety of the brunch, but the 69.00 pp price tag was too high for what it was. This was our first time here. The service was lacking. We had an 11am reservation and they weren't ready when we arrived. We waited for about 20 minutes to be asked about drinks. The crepe station was what I was most excited for...it was advertised as a chef crepe station...but they weren't fresh crepes. They were premade which wasn't expected at that price tag. Additionally, although I love the decor with the marble and what I imagine used to be a bank lobby...I didn't expect the seating area to be the lobby of the hotel. Behind our table was the walkway from the elevators with hotel guests rolling their luggage by to check out. It definitely took away from the experience. There needed to a bit more info on what you are paying for and where you are going.
It was fine-enough for a Hotel Lobby Restaurant, but it wasn't the Oennydrop Kitch + Bar. Open Table asked for my Review of my experience and this happened: Six people reserved for 10am Brunch, Sunday May 4th. Arrive at 9:58am, to be told that Pennydrop doesn't ever open before 12 Noon. I of course showed them my Open Door Reservation Confirmation and my choices were to deal with it (Lobby Restaurant) or wait until Noon. Open Door ought to make sure only to Accept Reservations for restaurants during their Hours of Operation. I also understand that “stuff happens” so it's not like I'm gonna boycott Open Table or anything!
We went to the restaurant because it was in our hotel. The service was great, but when she told us they didn't have at least 3 items on the menu we wanted, we left. The drinks from the bar and the bartenders were great.

Here for a work conference and popped in for a quick bite before visiting the Arch. Service was good, but they were out of all but 2 drinks. Also out of some food items. Burger was way overcooked and the pasta was salty. It was also kind of pricey.

Stopped in for a nightcap. Bartender was nice, but I'm not sure if she was new because she seemed she was unaware of some of the drink menu options.

Stopped in for drinks, really cool old bank. Great drinks, just a good place to stop and unwind.
