I ordered the Hungry House for a birthday party. The brisket was moist and very tasted, the pulled pork was shredded perfection and the ribs amazing. The sides and sauces were equally delicious! I highly recommend Adam’s Smokehouse for your next gathering.

This was the first place I ate at in MO and I’m happy I did. I come from New England and had no idea I liked baked beans until I devoured the pitt beans. Also, the brisket and ribs were juicy and phenomenal, and the hospitality from the employees solidified my decision to come here and to share the good word. Great bqq and experience! Thank you!

I'm newish to the area and was recommended Adam's by a coworker. All I can day is WOW!
First, the staff was incredibly friendly and happily gave me extra sauce when asked.
Secondly, the food was phenomenal. I ordered the Burnt Ends Sandwich and pasta salad. The ends were so juicy, I didn't even need the extra sauce! The bun was fluffy and a good size for all the meat. I'm usually very picky about pasta salad, but this was fantastic. Fresh, crisp, and full of flavor!
Lastly, I ordered pickup which can always be a gamble. They packaged the meat seperate from the bun to keep it from getting soggy!! The quantity was perfect, just enough to completely fill the bun and have a little extra to eat on the side.
If you live in the area and haven't tried this place yet, you are seriously missing out!

Ordered for Christmas dinner and it was amazing. Ordering was simple online, availability of pickup times for a holiday… great! Service was perfect, from notification the order was ready, on time.. to the friendly service at pickup with follow up directions to reheat. But to top it off… the food!! Ribs were meaty, juicy and fell off the bone with first bite! A perfect smoke line and even better leftovers the next day. Had side portions of the brisket and turkey…YES! Smoked Sausage….YES,YES! Potato Salad sides…mustard style, very good. The slaw was also good and baked beans were too (though on the sweet side). Definitely will order again. Thanks to everyone at Adam’s Smokehouse for working hard and making a very enjoyed Christmas dinner!!
Really solid barbecue. The turkey was excellent as well. They do this over cherry & apple wood. My favorite waa the burnt ends. Don't sleep on the cranberry cayenne sauce!

Adam’s is by far our favorite BBQ in STL. I got their salami on their salad today. Their salami is house made and has great chew and flavor. I’ve also gotten their pulled pork and turkey on the salad in the past, and they’re all wonderful. The staff is always amazing and helpful and appreciative of their customers. The restaurant isn’t huge, but it has a great local vibe. Like all good BBQ spots, they can sell out of different food depending on the demands that day. All of their food is great though, so try something new. That’s how I fell in love with their salami!
Great small neighborhood barbecue joint. Ribs were cooked perfectly. Tender but with a little bite to them still. Smoked chicken best I've ever had. Will be back to try everything on the menu!
Horrible service… OMG! On top of it the food was horrible but we were hungry and we had to spend the rest of our trip in the hospital for a very bad and aggressive food poisoning. The owner is very violent and we could not discuss with him… better stay safe and don’t go there.
