I chose to go here for my birthday, and I was not disappointed. I got the salami and the Brisket, both of which were delicious. Others at the table let me try the ribs, too, and if we go back I'll probably do those instead.

My only nitpick was that I didn't think their sauces were as good as the food; however, their food was so good it didn't even need the sauce.

Visiting st louis and found this gem. The ribs although not fall off the bone were tender and the flavour was great. The brisket was lean which I love a huge amount and the potato salad was outstanding. Not a fan of the coleslaw but did not realise it was vinegar based. The staff offered to change for something else if I wanted. Was so good we decided to get sandwiches to take back for tea. The staff were amazing and friendly explained all the meats to us and how they prepare...

Nice little place. Staff/owners are super friendly. By the time we arrived after a Cards day game, they were sold out of most items. We did get the pulled pork, but it was quite dry. Would give them another shot and try the brisket and ribs, (hopefully).
