Great variety of brews with many interesting sours. Good place for burgers and the best brewery fries in St. Louis. Friendly staff and owners. Lots of weekly activities posted monthly

The food is great, a little addicted their fresh fries. Nice outside area and nice variety of drinks to try.

Great selection of beers. Cool atmosphere. Terrible wings.Came here for Wing Week. I’m going to chalk these puppies up to acquired taste. They were sour. They tasted too heavily of beer to be enjoyable. If this kind of thing is your bag then I’m sure you’ll love them. I also didn’t care for the hard, crunchy, layer of breading. Breading is supposed to be light and crispy.2.1/10 Clucks only because the chicken itself seemed like it was cooked properly and of high quality. The sauce rendered them inedible for me, personally. Can’t win ‘em all.

We went because we heard they had a good burger and they're in the neighborhood. The outside patio is nice, but the food was terrible. Everything was entirely too salty. The loaded fries were so salty they were almost inedible and the burgers were, even for a smash burger, way over cooked. There are much better smash burgers to be had around town. My husband said the beer was ok, but overall it was disappointing.

If you love sour beer this is your place! Many options on tap! The home maid pork rids were perfect w our beers!

Do you realize that it does not give your address on your website? Is that an oversight or maybe that's the way it was supposed to be

Alpha Brewing in the Tower Grove South Neighborhood of St. Louis, Mo.I love everything about this.1. Repurposed items (find the gate posts ?);2. Package waste reduction practices & energy conservation;3. Growth, once at Square One, the owner, Derrick, started this spot;4. Use of local companies for ingredients.Owner Derrick Langeneckert's background in science and passion for beer led to this brewery specializing in sour and barrel-aged beers. The food menu pairs well with their beer and cocktails, especially the smash burger (the black bean burger was awesome).Alpha's commitment to sustainability extends to packaging waste reduction, energy conservation, and waste diversion, making it a do-gooder standout in the St. Louis craft beer scene. What a spot! Loved it! Thanks Yelp for the introduction!

Favorite brewery, staff always takes great care of you, beers are unique and taste great and if you’re hungry the food is killer!

We stopped in Alpha Brewing for a bit after reading some positive reviews and it did not disappoint. The beer list featured many might sours, which I prefer, but also had other varieties, as well as several different seltzer flavors. We grabbed some wings with Tassies dry run and original shoestring fries and they were outstanding. The wings were huge and flavorful. If the rest of the menu is up to that standard then I can't wait to try some more. For an appetizer we have pickled radishes, carrots Brussel sprouts and bok choy, which was unique but still good. The outdoor patio was very nice and it is dog friendly. I will be looking for a reason to go back.

This place has the best food of any brewery I've been to. I've been to many all over the country. The menu was diverse and interesting. Pickled apples, jicama and radishes. You don't see that everyday. The smash burgers were great. Fried pickles also great. French fries were excellent. The service was equally as good as the food. Very fast and polite. The beers were good, as I would expect, but the food was really on another level. I don't live nearby, but if I did I would make this a regular spot.I was really impressed with the space as well. It's not in a very upscale part of town, but what they have done with the building is very cool. Highly recommend if you're anywhere near St. Louis
