The deserts are good but please when you are at the window don’t complain in front of us that there are more cars coming through. Babe… you’re open for another hour. This is coming from another service worker- be nice and smile:p it’s not that hard to make peoples days just a little better. OR shut the window and complain:)

Waited 45 minutes in the drive through for them to tell me they are out of chocolate and brownies when I finally get to the window. My son wanted chocolate with cookie dough and I wanted a brownie Sunday…..

I don't like that there are no tables - only a few benches. It's seems there's an issue every time we come. Inconsistency in quality of products and service. Tonight there was a strong sewer smell.

Tonight was a bad night. While I have had mostly positive reviews of this location, tonight was not that case. Ordered 5 concretes and 3 were poorly. They were overfilled to the point where it leaks from the lids and it got all over my clothes and the cup was very sticky. I tried to call about my experience but I guess with the timing they were not able to answer the phone.

Drive through was fast and easy. Ice cream was delicious as always!!! You can order off the menu or customize what you want. Yum!
They need a new delivery system. I ordered a concrete and it was completely melted. I asked them to remake it and it was missing pecans, they made it for the third time, it was sitting in a line with about seven other orders, melting. There were five or so people making orders only two people taking orders and handing them out. They are good at taking the orders, not so good at getting them to their customers.

Went here a week or so ago, ordered a regular scoop of custard since I was trying this for the first time. They gave me half a portion of a kids scoop and didnt fill the cone and for 5 dollars I was really upset to receive the saddest amount of custard and pay top dollar. I even contacted customer service and they were going to send me a coupon to make up for it so I could try it again and I have no received it. This business sucks or they need to train their workers on scoop portions cause mine was so small. I was worried about saying something while I was there I didn't want to be a Karen but what I paid for that was just not fair.
Root beer on tap was good though.

I took the kids here since we were in the area. The ice creams are quite consistent with the other Andys' locations. We went through the drive thru and the ice creams were quick and the workers were very efficient.
I only took a picture of my ice cream the kids had different flavors and liked their ice cream also.
