They have terrible service. I had to wait 4 days for them to fix the overweight trailer they loaded. It was 82100lbs. When they finally decided to accept it back it took them 6 hours to get me a dock. Then another 3 hours to unload it.I was out of time at this point and really tired so I pulled off into a spot out of the way and was woke up by a security guard who was threatening me and slamming on my truck. Also he did damage to my truck. This morning when I went to look at my truck for my pre-trip the bumper was torn apart.I for one will never go back to this shipper ever again and will never drink another beer made by them.

I interviewed with this company in st.louis MO. It took almost 3 weeks for them to offer me the job. I took 3 days and a weekend to respond and they already filled the job. They clearly dont care to give common courtesies. Think twice!

We have done the Brewmaster tour twice! Each time, after the tour is over, they pile us into a room, open the fridge and say something to the affect of "you have 30 minutes!". Such a great time and worth the money!

I would like to go today. I have seen a picture of a little girl petting a horse. I would definitely go to see the horses. Do they have the horses there all the time??? And chocoloate beer malts, never heard of but sounds interesting.

Wow! This is definitely a Must See! It's Free! Meet a Clydesdale up close. They offer different tours to suit your needs and they are free too. Great store to buy memorabilia! You get a free beer for all who are over 21 yrs of age! What a great experience! They had food vendors and games to play! You dont have to be 21 to enter. Highly recommend if you are in area! Historic for sure!

Free tour was light on information and rushed. They did provide two free samples though. We had an incident with a marketing company that was negative. The manager for Anheuser-Busch listened to our issue and talked to the marketing company person. All and all it was an OK experience. We thought the Merrimack facility better all around. Still an interesting place to visit though.

The complimentary tour is very nice and such a great service to the community and city of St Louis. You learn a lot about how beer is made as well as the history of the Busch family.
