We come here almost daily for their goat and lamb, They are having combos and I spend a lot of money just for their pepper goat and also love their other goat curries but I don’t know why this is happening from 1 month there is nothing but bones in the curry you may say goat has bones but anis pepper goat curry has more bones in their curry than any butcher shop out there its like they are doing this on purpose! They need to get their old food back.

This place has gone down the drain. I was nearly a daily customer a few years ago. They began by reducing the quantity of the biryani I received and increased the price by several dollars. Um what? Now, fast forward 2 years, I ordered a 1/4 tray of my then favorite biryani: special chicken biryani. It was not worth it and simply oil. I was amazed at how little flavor the biryani had. This place is not the same, and the quality of the food has gone down so much. Though the location is nice as well as the outdoor atmosphere, it is my honest belief that this business began getting too greedy a couple years ago. My most recent experience affirms this in terms of both high cost & low quality/no tasteParking: Plenty of parking. Safe location.

Don’t eat Haleem here. Worst one I have ever eaten. Quantity is too less for such a over priced dish.

Food was very delicious. We ordered Papdi Chaat, Chicken 65, Reshmi kebab in snacks and Karai Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala in maincourse. They serve maincourse with steam rice. Enjoyed everything.

I am extremely disappointed with my dining experience at Anis today. The service was slow and inattentive, the food was cold and tasteless, and the overall atmosphere was lackluster. I had high expectations based on reviews, but my visit fell far below them. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant to others.I purchased a lassi after confirming with the cashier that it was sweet, yet to my dismay, it had no sugar and instead cumin. When we requested an exchange for regular drinks, the cashier unprofessionally dismissed the issue, asking us to discard the lassi and charged us for the replacement drinks. To add to the disappointment, the butter chicken lacked the authentic taste one would expect, resulting in a waste of money. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory, and I regret dining at this to others.

Closest to authentic Indian food you can find in STL. Their chicken biryani is delicious! My favorite Indian restaurant in St. Louis.
We came here for lunch after my original review and noticed that they either changed their cleaning solutions or diluted it a hit because even when they were cleaning the table right next to us we couldn't smell anything. The food was, as usual, very good and the service was friendly.

They are giving small quantity for the price they charge for biryani. They used to give more quantity, now it doesn’t even enough for a single person. If they charge less price I would understand but charging 16 bucks and giving less quantity is not justified.
The taste of the food was good ,but not what i expected ,the people who work over their is not good , one girl at the front desk put her fingers in nose, she even did-not clean her hands at-least, with the same hand she is giving takeout parcels

I'm trying something new regularly to get out of my comfort zone! The young woman was very helpful in making suggestions, and I LOVED all my choices. Pepper Goat, chocke soup and Bread Pudding. I can't begin to remember the proper names. The meat was very tender, and the dessert was simple with basic, naturally sweet ingredients. My fried had the lamp chops ❤️. The rice was a bit too hot for her in the begining. After she added the. Riwn sauce a d yogurt, she liked it.The food looked so good when they brought it to the table,I forgot to take photos! ?Will definitely be back!Wheelchair accessibility: On ground level
