Walked in the door “barista” rushed to the door as we walked in can I help you? Yes do you sell bags of beans? “What”? -I asked again “bags of beans” she looked at me like I had 2 heads.. I said “coffee beans”. Oh”no we don’t” it was 3:48pm .. I said ok we’ll just get a couple cups to go.. “sorry we’re closed” there were 4 or 5 people sitting down having coffee… #1. Never been to a coffee shop where a so called barista didn’t know what a bag of beans are. #2 RUDE RUDE RUDE PERSON. #3 denying service to go 12 minutes before closing totally unacceptable. ..Walked 3 minutes down the street to Catalyst Coffee Bar, he didn’t have any beans to sell but he knew what they were lol …and served us 2 to go cups 5 minutes before closing was friendly and talkative and excellent coffee. AVOID ANITA CAFE HORRIBLE PLACE.

I stopped by this morning for a coffee and avocado toast. I wasn't sure if they'd actually be open as a cafe because it looks like a swanky cocktail bar inside. I got the lavendar oat milk latte which was made perfectly! The avocado toast was fresh and had amazing flavor with the chopped beets on top. I will definitely be back!

Great cafe. It is table service but I was made to feel welcome and hang-out on my laptop as long as I wanted. I had a latte and the yogurt parfait. They have an espresso machine with as good of coffee as any coffee shop. The yogurt parfait was incredible. Parking is free in the lot next to bluejay brewing.

Home run first time. Superior food and presentation. Personable service. Simple yet complex menu with a Lebanese flair. Current, relevant and interesting. The desserts were so fun. Croissant waffles! And the bread is so good.

Anita Coffee & Cafe is hands down my new favorite spot in St. Louis! I had the Pumpkin Spice Luxe Latte, and let me tell you, it’s the best pumpkin spice latte I’ve ever had. The fact that they make their own pumpkin spice syrup makes all the difference. The atmosphere is also top-notch: relaxing, with vibey music, a heavenly smelling candle, and beautiful decor. This place is a must-visit! Can’t wait to come back!
