Two visits—just to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. Holy cow, this place gets it.
The food is fresh, perfectly executed, and absolutely delicious. Standouts included the baked goat cheese appetizer, fresh salmon pasta, hand-tossed Figit-about-it pizza, Tutta Mare, house salad, cannoli, and the flourless chocolate cake—every bite delivered.
Our server provided impeccable service: anticipating our needs, timing the meal flawlessly, and guiding us through a genuinely lovely dining experience. Even on a busy night, everyone was smiling, working together, and clearly there to serve. The dining room was spotless, warm, and inviting.
I keep a short list of places I truly crave returning to, and Anthonino's just earned a spot on it.

Best pizza I've ever had. Roasted Garlic with Alfredo instead of olive oil and sun-dried tomatoes. 12/10.
Wife got the Meatball pasta.

Really good food here, but that's to be expected on the Hill. Not a ton of tables, but it doesn't feel cramped, more cozy than anything. Parking stinks, but that is also to be expected on the Hill. Still, I recommend stopping in for a pizza or some pasta.

I just went to Anthonino’s for the first time and had to leave a review after! The food was absolutely delicious, service was friendly, and the building/history are both so neat. I can’t recommend the ravioli enough! Also the beef tortellini is a great order! Delicious cocktails as well :) I can’t wait to go back for round two!

Delicious food, very nice atmosphere, lovely waitress, but we were sat RIGHT next to the restrooms and got to listen to the bus boys' conversation for our meal. There were lots of other tables.

I’ve had toasted ravioli so many times in so many places that I didn’t believe the hype when I read that they have “The Best” here. I’m from Missouri so you have to sho-me and all that nonsense. But let me tell you, it IS the best I’ve ever had and every other toasted ravioli pales in comparison to this toasted ravioli. It was so good. The service was great and all of the other food we ordered was very good too, I just can’t remember it right now. I’ll pay closer attention when we return to St Louis and eat at this restaurant again.

Server Alison was amazing. Food and drinks were great, Italian lemon drop and chicken parm were the best. Staff was amazing and greeted us with a happy birthday sign on the table and a birthday dessert.

Four of us in our party plus I ran into two friends at another table. Out of six of us, four were unimpressed with our food: tutto mare, Faroe Islands salmon, Beef Braciole, and the chicken Palermo. All appeared to be overdone. I used to love this place but now the quality has gone downhill. For almost $30 a plate I expected better. Even the Alfredo pasta was bland. Where is the garlic flavor? Their olive oil and bread is delicious. The lovely spanakopita appetizer was one big piece which was hard to cut and serve between four people. I think they really should’ve made that into portion sizes especially since it’s an appetizer and you typically share with other others.
Even on a Tuesday night this restaurant was packed. We got there at 5:45 without a reservation and waited 20 minutes for a table. The noise level was high and a little difficult to hear people at your own table without leaning forward, but not as bad as Bartolinos West county which is obnoxiously loud with worse food.

We loved it here! Kids loved their meals. We had calamari, mac-n-cheese, grilled chicken, garlic bread, pizza, and the triple D meal mentioned on the menu. It was all fantastic!
