Never in our lives have my husband and I felt as unwelcome as we did at this Applebee’s—honestly, at any establishment. The manager’s behavior was not only shockingly disrespectful, it was hurtful. Before we even had a chance to place a drink order or food order, he instructed the server that my husband was not allowed to have anything to drink. He claimed that if my husband drove home after being served and “got in trouble,” he could be sued.
From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were being unfairly judged. The moment we sat down, that judgment only intensified. We were not loud, not disorderly, not disrespectful. We were completely sober. Yet somehow, we were treated as if we were a problem.
It truly felt like the manager was in a bad mood and decided to take it out on us for no reason at all. The entire experience left us shocked and embarrassed. It’s upsetting to know that we don’t feel comfortable coming back to this location again—or to any Applebee’s, for that matter.
If I could rate this experience with a negative star, I absolutely would.

Our server was great and that's about the only positive thing I can say. We got the 2 for $25 deal with a drink and it ended up being $50 ......... our appetizer mozzarella sticks were burnt so our server brought us a free extra order and they were undercooked and cold to the touch so also inedible. Then they were out of broccoli for my boyfriend's meal so he substituted it for a salad, which was a $3 up charge when they were literally out the side that his meal comes with ??? Also, there's like three choices for entrees on the deal and everything else is an insane up charge so it rarely ends up being just $25. Applebees used to be affordable but the prices are crazy now. There's no way I will ever step foot in an Applebees again.

The waiter was great.. however the food was absolutely horrible. My friend ordered chicken quesadillas & they brought her a quesadilla with no chicken. I ordered a perfect margaritas , and needless to say, the margaritas was not perfect, the glass was dirty and the actual drink had previous residue from a prior drink that was made.. however , I do appreciate their willingness to make the food and drinks overall.. I wouldn’t eat at this location again tho

Curbside pickup, easy and the staff is friendly. Food was good. I don't know what they did to their spinach artichoke dip, but it tastes watery now, no longer a fan of it. I get the Fiesta Lime Chicken. The chicken breast is always huge, and it's delicious.
The guy working bar is a burnout. The manager should let him go so he can keep chasing the dragon and so Applebees doesn’t have to pay for failed treatment. What a joke.

Service is great but food orders kept being messed up on multiple different items. Drinks were a bit too sugary this visit, everything tasted like overpowered kool-aid. Maybe they'll get it right next time.

waiter “ty” was extremely rude to my table and the elders table around me as well. she said exactly the ignorant things that were on her mind while serving the customers. hopefully they can start hiring friendlier people.
