We go on average once a month to this place. Last time we noticed that the food quality wasn't as good as it used to be. We will go again, but if this is the new standard of food quality we will reconsider.

It was okay. My steak was tiny and they forgot the potatoes. Super busy. Don't don't durin shift change you'll be wanting a long time. It was advertised that I would get a $5 coupon as a veteran, but I got no such thing.

Have not been to Applebee's in yrs, decided to have my birthday lunch 11/04/25 at th St Charles rock road location. Order the pick 3 trio and cheeseburgers, let's start they offered no extra napkins only the napkin wrapped around the utensils, no condiments at the table. Now the food was cold, boneless chicken was smoother in sauce, cheese sticks were ice pickles fried pickles very under cooked. The waitress only asked was everything ok by walking by she never stopped. Mentioned to her the food was not satisfying all we got was a I'm sorry. On the way said it again the food was not acceptable and the fried pickles was under cooked. All we got from her was a I'm sorry. Which explains why I have not been to Applebee's in years. Everything about that place taste like microwave. Our total was like 37.98 plus the tip. Thanks Applebee's for making me feel I chose the wrong place for lunch should stopped at the burger place across the street.

Been here 40 minutes and still no food so it only gets a 1
Hostess was rude.. like we were bothering her. Had to wait 20 minutes for a table when there was literally NO one in the restaurant. There excuse was they only had 1 cook. Good thing it was not a busy time of the day.
