This place is really great. Wonderful food and very nice people. I particularly like the Ali Pash!
Absolutely delicious. I got the Sufllaqe, which is basically a lamb gyro with French fries inside. I wanted a gyro and the gyros are amazing. The lady working the front desk is very friendly, and in addition to those two already great attributes, the place is small and quiet. Great place for a quiet lunch at 11am. I’m not sure how busy it gets at noon, but from 11-1130, there was only myself and 2 others in the place. Oh, and the prices aren’t bad either. A good lunch for under $10, you can’t go wrong.
Arbor Cafe, can’t say enough about this place. Small family owned perfection. Every single item on this menu is amazing. If I could eat here everyday I would. The nicest family with a great atmosphere. Highly highly recommend to anybody.
Gyro was great, and I got a complimentary dessert, which was also superb!
I’m so impressed by the quality of their coffee and food that I’ve already planned my next visit! We ordered the breakfast plate and the deluxe gyro… SO GOOD. We also got to-go desserts. Everything has been above and beyond. You can tell they really put love into every dish they serve.
FOOD IS AMAZING; THE BEST GYROS!!! Very pretty decor inside & perfect for a quick bite or little coffee date. And VERY affordable, love this cafe!
Nicest People, family ran
Arber cafe is such a gem in Saint Louis! We arrived during peak brunch hour, but there were still plenty of tables left. The food was delicious (I ordered the egg sandwich, but we all tried a bite of everything) and the portions were generous.
The staff was also incredibly friendly, and we got free cookies at the beginning of our meal because they had been freshly made.
I don't live in Saint Louis, but I would definitely come again when I'm back in the city!
My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to eat and stumbled across this place by happenstance. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful and quaint. I got the Egg Sandwich while her and her friend got the Arber Breakfast Plate. Simply delicious!
Everything we love in a place.
Small, simple menu.
Real, delicious food.
Great atmosphere.

I tried this lil mom and pop shop and was very pleased with the laid-back atmosphere, service, and my food. I got the gyro, which was super fresh and delicious. These small cafes like this, for some reason, usually have some of the best food. The mom of the shop waited on me, and she was super nice. She even taught me how to say THANK YOU in Albanian! This is what I LOVE about the southside, SO MANY DIFFERENT CULTURES!! This shop is at Gravois and Blow on the corner. Go check them out and support your local small business! Tell em BigBen sent you. Cheers
Arber Cafe catered an event for my family recently and I had lunch there today. There aren’t adequate superlatives to express how wonderful the food, people and atmosphere all are. Go there, you’ll be so glad you did!
They recently catered an event for us, the food was healthy and delicious and they are incredible people.
We will be back in the future for sure!
I can't say enough about this wonderful Albanian cafe. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is inviting and the family that runs the place is warm and courteous.
Went here on a Sunday as soon as they opened up. Can’t say I’ve ever eaten such home cooked food from a restaurant before. Their roasted potatoes were crunchy but melted in your mouth as soon as you chewed into them, their qofte was so flavorful and moist, the Mediterranean omelette was SO GOOD. Olives in eggs are a new add-in for me, but so good from here! Will definitely be going back!
