I just left from this location. I was picking up a DoorDash order for somebody else now the order was a little bit of a bigger order so I was cool with waiting and while they were getting ready to be done bagging it up there’s an older lady with short curly hair that took the bags and I asked her is this for so-and-so she wouldn’t even look at me but goes uh yup with the rudest smirk and continued to place it in the cubby where the food delivery items go instead of just handing it to me, knowing that I was standing there for about 10 minutes waiting for that exact order so I will not be back to that location not even to pick up somebody else’s order, I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but I got out of there as fast as I could before I really went off. I get people are overworked but at the same time you choose your job she chose to work there. That’s not my problem.

They did not put enough beef brisket in my sandwich. There needed to be at least a 1/3 more beef brisket on the sandwich, especially for the price of of almost $8.

Not sure why it’s so hard. My receipt clearly read curly fries. They gave me regular fries so I went back to get it corrected and got an attitude like it’s my fault. Hate how these places have gone to such crap these days.

Have eaten here many times. Today I tried delivery. I have to say everything was great. The order was actually early. Food was still warm. The driver was friendly and professional. All of the food was prepared as requested. The sandwich had the necessary sauce. They advertise free delivery on Monday and it was actually free. Completely free delivery! Try it out next Monday.

Excellent service and the food was good but inside the floors looked dry but we're super slippery, I had to grab the trash bin otherwise I would have fallen. There were signs for wet floors but that was ridiculous because it was all the floors from doors to bathroom.

I went to Arby's on my way home from work. I bought a burger, classic beef and cheddar, and a chicken sandwich. The chicken was the size of a chicken nugget on a bun. It was overcooked and blackened. I should have pulled over to check my order. When I got home and was ready to dig in....the disappointment! Smh! Never again though. I will go in the county before I eat here again.....Trust!!!!
