Service is slow as hell....waited in line for 24 minutes to under food only two customers in front of me....feel sorry for individuals that only get 30 minute lunch breaks just to wait in line to under food...how can they eat it when they have 6 minutes

No sooner as I opened up the door there was this young lady that gave me a very much heartfelt welcome to Arby's. Autumn has a contagious smile vibes and her overall energy is something that we do not see in today's very young workers! Autumn is also a great worker! She was taking front counter orders helping out in drive through helpy out in the kitchen and also running orders out that they had to pull for orders waiting in drive-thru! Thank you Autumn for being a great person that you are and a great worker that you are! Your smile is most definitely contagious great attitude I could go on and on about you Autumn. I usually love Arby's, but lately the food has been tasteless. Last night the Cashier was the cook too and his attitude was ruthless. Anger was in his manners & tone. The strawberry lemonade is spoiled & the hot items are cold. I could read the frustration on his face, therefore I didn't dare complain. I will be returning the items today. Hopefully, we'll try Arby's on Lindell Blvd. in the near future, but no time soon...

I pre ordered my food to be ready at 1pm. I get there the csr had a lil attitude..but anyway the food was ready thanks but I get home an check it they gave me the bottom if the bag pieces of curly fries....an cold as a brick!! I was disappointed in the food. 😭
Made an order here, my Doordasher waited over 30 mins and i never received it Luckily Doordash refunded me. Great work guys
