Avoid this place if you only have a half hour for lunch.They keep the doors locked.And you have to use the drive through. It takes twenty minutes just to get through the drive through if there's only three cars in front of you.

Came here yesterday and the employee said one moment. I did not hear them and thought they were asking for my order so I began to order. As I did the employee took a tone with me and said "I said wait a moment!" I simply said I will order food somewhere else and left. I'm not going to do business somewhere where the staff talks to me that way. Employees should never take a tone with customers, especially over something so trivial.

The food was very good but it did take 10 minutes to get the food even as the only customer. And they forgot one of my items. But even with that being said it was still a pretty good location.

I will NOT patronize this location again! The customer service was horrible! Very short and snippy. They served me a small drink that should have been a large and was mad when I asked for sauce! Awful attitudes! I wish I didn’t stop and spend $20 for lunch with them! My food was great, but the service was such a turn off!!

Called on Monday to get door dash to pick up and deliver to my husband. I wanted to be sure he would get it since he is in a nursing home. Wanted him to have for lunch. On Valentine's. He is alone and wanted to surprise him. Lady at Arby's was very Snippy and just hated answering my questions. Bottom line... Don't expect anyone there to do you a favor for a handicapped person. My husband has stage for Parkinson's. She hung up on me. You have to order the day off you e want it, 1st come first serve, they will serve customers in order of order and when it arrived. No exceptions. Don't order ahead of the day. Click. Just lovely people getting$15 an hour, soon too be $17 with benefits. Wow! Wish I could have gotten that as a young adult. Anyway I am glad I didn't be ignorant to people not did I hu on them so rudely. Honey if you don't like your job, quit. Let someone who really wants a job work. Was it me because I'm white? Sure seems like something was eating you. I really pray they don't screw up his food because hell hath no furry like a wife fighting for her invalid husband whom she's been married to 50 years. Whatever her mad on is about she better lose it when fixing his meal. And give him every bit of customer service $17 an hour is worth. My money is hard to come by to.

Placed an order online and it said it’s open till midnight on Friday… I pull up after paying for my food and sit at the box for 10 minutes, tried to pull around and cancel it but it won’t let me and then 3 minutes later the lights are turned off.. 10:15pm y’all are pathetic, don’t work here if you don’t want to actually work, it’s not that hard to figure out, I will be contacting corporate and getting my money back

Someone was working on Lindell blvd location and answered the phone but wouldn’t take orders and said they’re closed over an hour before closing time. Drove through drive thu and saw someone hiding in there. Get people that actually work.
