Terrible experience. I guess because I ordered through doordash but picked up MY OWN food, they didn't care to do their jobs right. Ordered 2 beef n cheddars....NO CHEDDAR, ordered extra meat on French dip and Swiss, NO EXTRA MEAT, ordered mac n cheese bites,NO CHEESE BITES, ordered Dr. Pepper,NO DR. PEPPER. LIKE DO PEOPLE NOT READ THESE DAYS? I clearly ordered Beef AND CHEDDAR!!!!!! Whole meal was ruined and spent like 40 dollars on trash food!!!! Doordash won't do sht but give me 11 funky dollars back when it's not my fault but the ACTUAL Restaurants fault!!!! AGAIN I PICKED UP MY OWN FOOD, NO DELIVERY!!!!

My mom had not been to an Arby’s for like 4-7 years and she wanted a roast beef and cheddar while she was in town. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with cheddar and a sesame seed bun. (She won’t eat onion roll)

Like I said, she is a picky eater and that is why I ordered the 3 sandwiches this way. I also got a few other sandwiches and sides for family as well. They were all great but I feel like if something was wrong they would have give me attitude about them as well.

I get home and there is a red sauce all over the bottom. no big deal, I just go back and politely ask if they can remake them without this sauce. (I am NEVER rude to people until other get rude with me)

I immediately get attitude from the woman in charge. says that is what it comes with, it’s in the picture etc. she had no intention of helping me over 3 sandwiches.

I let her know that my mom and I have not been to an Arby’s in 4-7 years and had no clue that the sauce was on them now. it wasn’t like that before.

Also. In the picture there is like a tiny bit of red at the bottom of the bun to indicate the sauce. If you did not tell me it was there, I would not be able to see it.

Anyway, I had to basically beg for her to please remake them. They did, but they were not happy about it at all. super unprofessional and makes this location look bad. Also, here I am giving a 1 star review they could have avoided.

I will never go to this Arby’s again.

you should not walk out of any business and feel gross by the interaction ever. You should at least and bare minimum have customers leave feeling neutral or at best, happier for have spent money at your establishment.

Check your order. We visited tonight for dinner after having avoided this location for several months. We stopped getting food here after I had to come back twice to get my order right. Neither time did anyone apologize for the error. Tonight, I made the mistake of driving away without checking the bag. Got home; no fries. Drove back and told them I didn't get my fries. Again, no apology. Got home and my au jus was barely filled (but it wasn't worth going back because the sandwiches were already getting cold). Food was just ok. This location is close to home and has always had really friendly staff, but these last few months have included two really frustrating experiences.

I ordered food from here and got the chicken sliders and they definitely took old chicken and fried it twice to just heat it up again after it had already been cooked. The chicken was so dry and chewy, it was disgusting.

Slow, Slow, Slow! Took 20 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive through. Lights all turned off outside as well like they did t want anyone to come.

The bad thing is in their drive through is they put the good sales on the window after you drove through and paid and have to exit the one way drive

3rd time in 2 weeks they messed up my order. First time I was told that they would give me a new combo next time if I told then my name, only to gaslight me when I came back and mentioned it and said they didn't have my name down. Second time I just went back even though I was working and had to take an extra long break. Third time I couldn't go back but they swore they would "write my name down'. It's garbage. I'm not even going back to try to get it and waste my time being gaslighted again. I'll just take the loss and never go back. You are better just flushing your money down the toilet. Huge waste of time that left me hungry and ripped off for 3 different work shifts because I can't go back and have them fix it when I only get a short break.

Super slow takes forever to get your food. The cheeseburgers are horrible it wasn't even cook completely they put way too much sauce on it The crinkle cut fries are fantastic I have to admit that and the chicken wrap was really good as well but it takes forever for goodness sakes I can watch grass grow. Do not try those new cheeseburgers they just have not mastered how to cook a cheeseburger yet I know the commercial looks great but that's not what you're going to get when you get there.
