I would highly recommend if you order from this location that you do it in person and NOT use a delivery service so you can check the order accuracy before you leave!! Almost every single time I've ordered through a delivery app (and I've ordered through either DoorDash or Uber Eats at least a dozen times over the past couple years) from this location, something is wrong. I've had the wrong drink size delivered I don't even know how many times, I order 1/2 lb roast beef and they give me a double, I order large fries, get medium (multiple times). I have given this place chance after chance and I'm done after today. Ordered large curly fries...got crinkle fries instead. I guess they don't care about correct items if a delivery driver is picking up because they know if it's wrong, the delivery app will just refund the customer.

Terrible experience. I guess because I ordered through doordash but picked up MY OWN food, they didn't care to do their jobs right. Ordered 2 beef n cheddars....NO CHEDDAR, ordered extra meat on French dip and Swiss, NO EXTRA MEAT, ordered mac n cheese bites,NO CHEESE BITES, ordered Dr. Pepper,NO DR. PEPPER. LIKE DO PEOPLE NOT READ THESE DAYS? I clearly ordered Beef AND CHEDDAR!!!!!! Whole meal was ruined and spent like 40 dollars on trash food!!!! Doordash won't do sht but give me 11 funky dollars back when it's not my fault but the ACTUAL Restaurants fault!!!! AGAIN I PICKED UP MY OWN FOOD, NO DELIVERY!!!!

My mom had not been to an Arby’s for like 4-7 years and she wanted a roast beef and cheddar while she was in town. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with cheddar and a sesame seed bun. (She won’t eat onion roll)

Like I said, she is a picky eater and that is why I ordered the 3 sandwiches this way. I also got a few other sandwiches and sides for family as well. They were all great but I feel like if something was wrong they would have give me attitude about them as well.

I get home and there is a red sauce all over the bottom. no big deal, I just go back and politely ask if they can remake them without this sauce. (I am NEVER rude to people until other get rude with me)

I immediately get attitude from the woman in charge. says that is what it comes with, it’s in the picture etc. she had no intention of helping me over 3 sandwiches.

I let her know that my mom and I have not been to an Arby’s in 4-7 years and had no clue that the sauce was on them now. it wasn’t like that before.

Also. In the picture there is like a tiny bit of red at the bottom of the bun to indicate the sauce. If you did not tell me it was there, I would not be able to see it.

Anyway, I had to basically beg for her to please remake them. They did, but they were not happy about it at all. super unprofessional and makes this location look bad. Also, here I am giving a 1 star review they could have avoided.

I will never go to this Arby’s again.

you should not walk out of any business and feel gross by the interaction ever. You should at least and bare minimum have customers leave feeling neutral or at best, happier for have spent money at your establishment.

Check your order. We visited tonight for dinner after having avoided this location for several months. We stopped getting food here after I had to come back twice to get my order right. Neither time did anyone apologize for the error. Tonight, I made the mistake of driving away without checking the bag. Got home; no fries. Drove back and told them I didn't get my fries. Again, no apology. Got home and my au jus was barely filled (but it wasn't worth going back because the sandwiches were already getting cold). Food was just ok. This location is close to home and has always had really friendly staff, but these last few months have included two really frustrating experiences.
