After waiting 20 min longer than our online order suggested. I was CHEATED OUT OF A SANDWICH AND MARINARA SAUCE. So I strongly suggest that you do not eat here. They do not complete their orders. And I didn't have time to correct it for them.

Great food! I don’t appreciate that the store has chosen to put orders for pick up on the counter so ANYONE can take food that doesn’t belong to them. Which is what happened to my family’s orders today. A delivery driver had our orders in their hands when my daughter walked into get our 3 orders and he had 2 of them in his hands. Clearly he didn’t look at the names. It only got the worker’s attention because when he put them on the counter my daughter could see our last name on both bags. Only then did both parties have to prove who owned the orders. Then it turned out that the driver should have been at a different restaurant not Arby’s. Do better, Arby’s! Protect the orders from the wrong people!
*No I will not be visiting a separate website to repeat my issue. So owner please don’t send me your form letter like I see in all of the other comments that have issues.
I'm happy with my experience here. I ordered through the drive thru, the young lady said my total and I though she must have heard me wrong because it was only 7 bucks and some change, I get to the window and ask if she heard me correct on my order? She said she sure did, they were just running specials on their beef and cheddar. Great service!

Every time I come here rude employees. I ordered r 4 sauce packets with the sandwiches which they allow on the ap and website and the employees give attitude and problems every time. Garbage employees and you can tell from the behaviors

If you are ordering from the app to pick up your order at this store just know that you are probably going to get here before your order is ready. twice in the last month i have place an order on the app to pick up and both times i had a significant wait for my order. I feel if i order my food from several miles away that my food should be ready before arrive to pick it up...

Went inside to pick up an online order. They were very busy, everyone doing their jobs. Took a little while to get my food, understandably that they were busy and everyone was hopping. Good to see a crew working hard to get orders filled. Great job!
