I ordered my meal from the app while I was at Walmart across the street. App said should be 10 min. I know reality it’s more like 15-20. So I left after placing my order 15 min ago from Walmart to head over for my food. The cashier guy told me once it was my turn in line that he hasn’t started it yet because he needs to take all orders in the line first. Very upset and confused by this, I decided to leave and pick my family up at Walmart and go back. I return to see everyone got their food and mine was last 1 they decided to work on. About 45min total of wait time for my food. Lucky they got my order correct and it was hot.

Nothing against Arby's but as I was walking towards the building a customer sitting at the drive thru decided to clean her car out and started throwing trash from the driver's side across the roof of her car and I almost was hit in the face with a water bottle just don't understand

Every time I go here and order large fries with my meal I am given only 2 packs of ketchup. When I ask for more I'm told that I can't have more because they are short on ketchup. I then have to go into the store to get more, which they have plenty of??? Makes no sense. Someone there is working for the "sales prevention team"

Cussin is not professional and just remind your teenage and young adults to use professional language even though they are talking to there co workers and keep the cussing to a minimum ?.Dietary restrictions: They have a ramp for those who have a wheelchair to go in to dine.

Always great when just ask for fresh food, great deals when you download the app, every few weeks they have cheese sticks for $2, shakes for $2, french dips for 3$, just download the app and they will aways keep you updated when they have the deals, I won't buy no french dip for 6$ but everytime they have promotion online I buy them up!!

What an experience. It was my day off and I was really craving something good to make my day even better, and they did not disappoint! The lady at the register was super polite and prompt. The Brisket sandwich was phenomenal, they cut the meat a little thicker than most Arby's do, and it was so perfectly marbled as well. Those ladies back there really made that meal for me, thank you so much!

Takes forever to get the food. Often takes over 20 minutes even when they are not that busy. I have also received the wrong food. They appear disorganized and to work very slow.
