Very glad I found this Arby's when I was hungry for lunch. Wasn't far away. Had their Italian sandwich special. It was really good.

This Arby’s has always been so polite and respectful. I really enjoyed going to this Arby’s. I would go to this Arby’s if I am in the area over anywhere else Because of the customer service. Thank you for always being polite

Arbys is certainly one of the best fast food restaurants in the game today. The food is usually the best around and the store is always clean & organized. If it’s meal time and im near a Arbys you will see me there. Thank you Arbys for providing great quality meals for us 👍👍

My family and I stopped at this location for dinner. Google and their door said they're open till 11:00.
The doors are locked at 8:35. No sign or explanation.

Drove through for the 4 Arby's for 10.00. One car ahead of me paid and pulled over onto a handicapped parking spot. I got the order in about 5 minutes. Home in 10 more and still warm. Great taste, but they only put 4 sauces in the bag after I asked for a big handful. I like the chippewa location, and it's next to Ted Drew's frozen custard.
Food was good, Kellie that cashier was very unfriendly and I had to keep repeating myself while giving my order. Not a good lunch time.
Went inside. All I can here is an employee talking very loudly and cursing. Didn't know or care if she was a manager . She knew I walked in but didn't change anything about her language . She said she wasn't yelling at employees which may be true but she was saying what she was getting down and don't you guys worry about while cursing in front of everyone. Very rude behavior. Shouldn't be in customer service. Ruined my experience. I've dealt on corporate world all my life and this behavior should not be tolerated by employees and or customers.
Absolute joke! Food was ok, as to be expected. The bigger issue was an employees sick kid running around coughing on guests and laying across tables while her parent was (I would assume) working. I went in for a quick bite knowing that it’s a fast food place and shouldn’t expect a high quality experience, but this was an absolute disaster. Honestly, I feel like the health department should even step in.
Shake machine always out of service. Doing the very least amount of work. I backed out of drive thru. They don’t deserve my business
