After waiting in the drive thru to order and waiting in line to pay
Only to get to the window and told by Will the shift manager that they couldn't accept my cash payment of $100 on a $30 order
Now it's Friday evening at 6 pm several cars ahead and parking lot with cars present. It seems crazy that change can't be made during dinner rush
I ask if a BLT was available, and they agree, but surprise when I get home. NO BLT It's a turkey sandwich
I called the restaurant, and Will, who couldn't accept my cash payment, informed me that mistakes happen
I've learned a lesson. Arby's may have "All the Meats" but they lack customer services and order accuracy
I'll spend my cash dollars else where

Placed an order online and went to pick it up in the drive thru and the lady's like "YOU NEED TO PULL AROUND . WE"VE ONLY HAD THIS ORDER FOR 14SEC ITS NOT READY YET" If i had place my order at the speaker you'd have had it for ZERO seconds and still have to make it. And it turns out it was ready when I reached the drive thru window LOSE THE ATTITUDE & DO YOUR JOB

Five stars! I ordered my food on the app in my vehicle in their parking lot. I walked inside and was greeted. I mentioned my order online and within five minutes it was ready. That’s blazing fast!!! I love this kind of service. Easy to use app too!
Very nice store, very clean inside and out, busy drive thru. Great location!

Kellie took our order. Well, half of it. She failed ring up two combos. Instead, she ran up 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. Completely forgot the drinks. From there, her mind went into outer space. When her mind returned, we had to reorder drinks. Had to ask another person for cups because Kellie was back in outer space. When I asked what was wrong with Kellie, I was told that sometimes she is here (mentally) and sometimes not. We won't be back.
