Kellie took our order. Well, half of it. She failed ring up two combos. Instead, she ran up 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. Completely forgot the drinks. From there, her mind went into outer space. When her mind returned, we had to reorder drinks. Had to ask another person for cups because Kellie was back in outer space. When I asked what was wrong with Kellie, I was told that sometimes she is here (mentally) and sometimes not. We won't be back.

I was pissed to say the least. I hadn't had Arby's in years, and looking at what was in the area, I was excited they had a fish sandwich. But honey if getting extra tarter sauce comes THIS sloppy.. I don't want it EVER AGAIN!! Adriana thank u for refunding my money with no questions asked.I would post the picture, but it's not allowing me to do so.

I stop by this location every time I go to visit my Mom. Always as expected.
I was here late in the afternoon 11/16/23, I have been here several times the food was good, Not true anymore very very bad,ordered the new hamburgers that they are advertising, ordered them well done,also ordered 2 unsweetened ice teas,when i got home took a bite of the burger it was raw on the inside and the teas were no ice watered down and old, very very sloppy I will never return to this slop,I paid 28.00 fpr this garbage.

Took the girl a long time to enter my order, then took a long time to prepare my order even though I was the only one there. Order was correct and food was good, although I would have preferred more sauce on the beef & cheddar.

I went in on my lunchbreak today from the hospital after I ordered online. I thought this would be the easiest option since I could grab and go. I showed up after the "expected time ready" which was no problem if I had to wait a few minutes, I was in no rush. I walked up to the front where the online orders are, and see 1 of my bags there. The woman working behind the counter rudely told me "it isn't ready" which once again, is totally fine, but the bags are closed so how am i to know? While waiting the woman made the comment "these online orders are just going to kill me" as I'm picking up an online order. That makes you feel real good. Once my food was done she grabbed the bags and literally threw them across the front counter. I was in shock. The other customers waiting to order gave me the same shocked look. I'd rather just eat cold gas station food than deal with that again. I'm assuming she was some kind of manager as she was in a green shirt, different from the other workers.
