We found the restaurant while driving by, but are so glad we stopped. We were a party of four and we all ordered the gyro, which was delicious! Service was EXCELLENT! We were seated promptly and the hostess was patient with us as we had several questions before ordering. We had rice pudding for dessert, which was also tasty. We'll definitely be back our next time in St. Louis.

My wife needed to provide an entree for a girls weekend. Due to a busy schedule, she went online to see if she could find a restaurant to help. She loves Greek and found Ari’s Restaurant and Bar. Felleza helped my wife decide on a gyro setup to feed ten. Soft Pitas, tender gyro meat, tomatoes, onions, Feta, Tzatziki and a fresh Greek salad/dressing.
When we picked up the order we also enjoyed a delicious dinner. I had the Gyro plate and my wife had salmon. Love supporting local business that obviously put their heart into their work and enjoyed putting together our custom catering plan.
The dessert to go was Galaktbureko, a lemon custard pie drizzled with honey.
We’ve been to many STL Greek restaurants and festivals and this place is very authentic and had a great atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed.

I live an hour away...and when I go to costco I always find a restaurant close to my shopping. I was surprised to find this place by accident and we left very full and happy. With lots of leftovers. The patio is amazing, beautiful and relaxing. Even with the traffic at 5pm. The mom and son were the friendliest and took care of us. Food amazing. Lamb kabob over rice, best silky mashed potatoes ever, and the veggies. I will go back, I want to try more of the menu. I already ate part of it before taking pics. Definitely worth it.
This place is interesting I never been in a restaurant that didn’t sell pork! That’s right. You not getting no pork here. And the food is amazing with the turkey sausage. I been here few time. I’m have to do a video review on them. Parking lot is the biggest it is off street. You can dine in. If you like. The folks that work there always nice to me. Maybe because I’m big guy! lol. Seriously Great food service. Just be patient on your order they do be busy!

The owner of this establishment is incredibly ignorant. My grandma who is on oxygen and was taking her dog who has a seizure to the vet and was hit hard in the rear and the other car took off. We immediately called an ambulance and my grandma was incredibly upset. She pulled over into the nearest place to get off of hampton and Ari’s was the place. The ambulance pulled in and blocked their entrance for not even 30 mins while they made sure she was stable. The owner came out and threw a huge fit and demanding for them to move and leave as they are evaluating my grandma and the scene. He had no compassion for anyone involved. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY AND THEY HAD NO BUSINESS SO WHY IT MATTERS IM NOT SURE. I will never eat here and will always recommend people not too.

After soaking in the rooftop hot tub for what felt like an eternity, pondering the mystery of how I managed to throw out my back while sleeping, I realized a crucial need - food. My lovely roommate, who found endless amusement in my struggle to navigate stairs up to the hot tub that morning, suggested Greek cuisine. Being a longtime lover of all things Greek, I readily agreed. After a comical struggle to extricate myself from the hot tub and a quick ice pack session, I found myself in the passenger seat of a car headed to Aris Restaurant and Bar, a Greek eatery I had never before visited.
Upon entering, we were greeted by an overly enthusiastic hostess and a soundtrack of authentic Greek music. Seated at a cozy table where I could steal glances at the score of some sport-ball program playing on the TV, we perused the menu and settled on fried mushrooms, a Greek salad for myself, and the traditional gyro for my companion. The mushrooms arrived promptly and were absolute perfection, followed soon after by our generously portioned main courses.
As we indulged in our meal, the conversation flowed and the atmosphere of Aris transported me back to my late-teenage years gallivanting through the Greek islands. The experience was a delightful distraction from my back pain, until reality came crashing back when attempting to re-enter the car post-dining. Perhaps another jaunt to the rooftop hot tub is in order once we return home. Cheers to good food, good company, and unforgettable experiences at Aris!

Greek food is one of my favorite foods and I spent several years working on Long Island NY, where there are tons of family owned Greek restaurants, and Ari’s is one of the best I have eaten at. I was passing through St. Louis on a road trip and passed by this little place, and I’m so glad I stopped. The Pastitsio was phenomenal!
