I've been here a few times and wanted to give it more than one chance before reviewing. The service has been consistently good. The food has been consistently disappointing. Twice I've had gray, chewy beef I threw out. Most of the other food has been good, but for the cost, they need to drop bad menu items.

Update: it was another late night around 11pm and I was craving pho. I said I wouldn't go back here but it was the only thing open so I decided to give it another shot. Instead of ordering online delivery I decided to go into the restaurant, bc it's in the casino it is priced higher than other pho locations at $18 for a bowl. This time I inquired on receiving rare steak instead of it being cooked. The lady at the counter laughed n apologized to me stating she can understand how I didn't like that. I like authentic pho and this time I got just that!! After returning home I heated my broth over the stove and enjoyed the best pho I've had in a long time this is a big turn around compared to what I received in my last visit. I got as much hoisin and siracha as I wanted and I received a big box of fresh herbs. I especially like the huge lime they give you as I love the acid in my soup! The pho broth was waaaay richer this time and tastier. I'm happy I gave them another try. Maybe the website can add option to request more sauce and or that you don't want you steak cooked so it can be soft when added at the time of eating instead of hard and dry from being over cooked in the broth. Until then I will just go into the restaurant to order to avoid them not supplying enough sauces and or cooking my rare steak! The wait was short and food is served fast. I look forward to trying their whole tilapia and duck entrees in the future!Old post: I got the beef pho. I will not return here to eat pho ever again. They cooked and my beef it's supposed to be rare and the soup is completely tasteless.

Loved the hotel and casino. Not being a gambler and needed help. Theresa in promotions was exceptional. Went overboard helping us and getting us free points and money. It was a wonderful time and experience

Very poor staff training, impossible to make & resolve compliant with management. Do not spend your money or time here, go elsewhere or you will be disappointed. Their treatment of return paying patrons is abysmal. they River City Casino really needs to work on correcting their issues, especially in security, customer service & management.

We went to River City for our monthly night out. Rod, Ashli, and Bai checked us in and made sure we were near the elevator. We ate at the Beerhouse and enjoyed cocktails' made by Juman. Amila was our waitress and took very good care of us. Can't wait untill our visit next month!

All in one fun…sleep, play, and eat! Very clean and friendly staff. Plenty of security, so I never feel unsafe. There is always plenty of parking. My favorite place to grab an iced coffee is at Chibare.

Waited 15 minutes for only black jack table open . as I finally sat down to play the player on my left who was playing 2 spots put a third bet out on the space I just sat in . the pit boss was standing there to check me in and another player that sat down filling the spots where a player playing 2 spots got up. I asked the pit boss if he can play a third spot . pit boss said he could. Picked up my money and card . I will.never go back to river city. Very poorly staffed and with one table open allowing a player to play a third spot when people are waiting is d****

Great place to stay, clean and fresh, staff friendly and welcoming, safe and secure, will return again. Great food options, casino fun and entertaining. Traveled from Indiana for a geeat get away weekend was not disappointed!!

I love RCH! You can always expect a good time had when you visit RCH! Their staff is always so willing to help you and greets you with a smile and is always so friendly. RCH staff goes the extra mile to make sure their guests have a great stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is also so enjoyable and relaxing that you don’t want to leave!

First night pot smoke filled NY room from room next door as well as loud music. Tonight we couldn't get to our rooms because the keys wouldn't work and when I did, the TV in the room next door is so loud that it's impossible to go to sleep. Nothing they can do is what I'm told. I have to be up at 6 a.m. and can't go to sleep and they don't care.

We went on our monthly get away from home night. We were greeted by Rod as usual made sure we had a room close to the elevators and had everything we needed. We played all afternoon and ate supper at the Beer House. We had a nice meal and Dhan our waiter took very good care of us! Thank you River City.
