Love Auntie Anne’s but this location needs to step it up. They often open later than indicated, you always have to wait for your food, and today I waited 20 minutes for seriously UNDERCOOKED pretzel dogs. No bueno.

Kind of a weird experience, actually. Vibes were way off.
It was hot outside when I went and it felt no different inside the shop. I don't think they have any AC running.
Dude at the counter leans over and stares directly at the machine I'm putting my card into so he can see everything I'm selecting on the screen, including whether or not I'm including a tip on the card or how much.
They had zero pretzels ready so I had to wait 10 minutes for them to make an original pretzel from scratch. I was kind of surprised. At least it was fresh then.
I think the worst part was the employee chatting with her coworkers while SITTING on/in the employee handwash sink as if it's a seat. Oy.
Pretzel was good though which was some consolation. Was definitely hoping for a better experience, though. May give them another chance in the future.
