In the immortal words of moms everywhere, you get what you get and you don't get upset. This location serves the auntie annes you know, albeit with a quicker pace and longer lines. I would recommend reviewing the case and selecting an pretzel which is ready to go. Our pretzel bites were cooked appropriately, but your mileage may vary here.

Wish I’d read the reviews. I would have never given them my business. Saying the staff moved at a glacial pace would be high praise. Pretzels tasted fine, but seriously. Rachelle can’t count higher than 1 pretzel at a time (as in I ordered 2, turned to talk with my kid for a sec, and I had to go back later because she’d only given me one)

I’d never seen people so annoyed with doing what they were being paid to do before

Several disinterested employees at site that seemed to be doing nothing and not interested in actually making or selling pretzels! No pretzels made when I first arrived. I Was told to come back in 30 minutes and 45 minutes later still no pretzels! I have no idea how this place stays open. Don’t bother coming here go somewhere else where they actually serve food.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Absolute horrible. We were told they were making more bites in 30 minutes, then 20 more
Minutes. But never did. We went to purchase regular pretzels and they were out of those too.

Horrible presentation!! The workers don’t have hair nets on making the the pretzels, the staff very unprofessional, having a personal conversation in front of guest when you ask them to repeat anything they’re snapping at you . Due to your interrupting their conversation. I see why it has 1.7 star’s management need to do better with the staff .

This is an airport Annie Anne's. I had an early flight and was looking for a small breakfast. There were limited options in the park of the Southwest terminal I was in.

I walked by and they had fresh pretzels out and they looked good. I noticed they offered a breakfast sandwich made with the pretzel so I took a chance. It was pretty good. It was small but enough. Tasty enough.

Pricing was high - but that is common in the aiport so ehhhh (shrug). The employees were nice, quickly got my order together, it came out hot and I ordered a cup of ice water and they didn't charge for that.

Overall, I'd eat here again if I was in this part of the airport, but I may go elsewhere if I could find a better option.

Tried to get a pretzel and my friend tried to get pretzel bites. They had a thing of pretzel bites but she said they didn't have any so I asked for a pretzel and was told they didn't have any. How does a pretzel store have no pretzels.

Im currently at the airport with my daughter. We went to Auntie Anns and there were 4 staff members at the register completely ignoring us standing in line. There were 3 other people behind me and we were all just standing there listening to them talk. They even had their backs turned to us at one point. The Man standing behind me finally interrupted their conversation so I could ask if they had cinnamon sugar and I was rudely told no by one of the girls shaking their head no instead of verbally saying it to me. Another staff member told the girl she was lying and Then they all started laughing. We got so frustrate we left without ordering . The most ghetto Auntie Annes ever

Wow what a horrible experience (5/26 at 7pm). All the employees are completely unengaged, some are singing and dancing some messing with their hair then helping put food together. They were out of what I wanted, asked when it will be ready and she said “I don’t know”. All of these employees should be fired! Absolutely disgusting behavior and environment.

This is the worst location in America. They’re so slow and have no sense of urgency. People are trying to catch flight and the staff doesn’t care. It takes them 15 minutes to get through six people in line. They never have anything cooked. This needs to be reported to corporate. I can’t tell you how many times people walk out of line me includedat least three times
