It was good! Maybe a bit more cream cheese than I would’ve liked, but you can always take it off
Would drive 5 hours from Chicago to get these bagels I’m so serious.
I'm not sure is we just got a bad batch. But the bagels outside is very very tough make your jaw hurt, gums bleed kind of tough. And the inside isn't that doughy. Flavor wise it's one of the better bagels I've had in the area. But my toddler who loves bagels as much as I do is basically just using these things as teething rings... Feeling like they may have been boiled too long and not proofed long enough. Could even be too much malt in the dough to cause the outside to be so tough. Sad we can't truly enjoy these bagels.

This little shop brings me so much joy! From the delicious food- breakfast/lunch, doesn't matter- to the amazing group of individuals that work behind the counter, it's a great place to go and enjoy a bite! 10/10 would recommend!

Okay, let me just say I’m from the east coast and I truly believe that NY has the most superior bagels… but with that being said, I did enjoy my pepper cheddar bagel with egg and cheese. It was tasty! This bagel seemed to have a bit more rise/fluffiness than my friends’ bagels which were the everything with scallion cream cheese and an egg and cheese on sesame. The bagels overall are flatter but I believe that’s due to the way they are made.
They have a nice variety of bagels and schmears. I was also intrigued with getting the rosemary and sea salt!
Staff were very lovely. Great outdoor sitting!

Excellent bagels but really really excellent service. Natalie was such a joy to talk to and made the experience so much better. Fantastic bagels, great chew and crust. Will be visiting again next time I’m in St. Louis.

Stopped in based on a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint! I had the cornmeal bagel with some honey butter, toasted and it was delicious. They had many more toppings to add to your bagel, but was in the mood for something very simple, paired with a hot cup of coffee. They have seating inside and out, and the service was pretty fast. Highly recommended!

Experienced this venue through an organized “Bakery Crawl”. Kitty-corner from the 9th St Abbey (Soulard) - ample street parking. Delicious spreads, “bagel holes” and coffee. GF Selection stored separately from Gluten items. A few tables to eat in.

Might be the best bagels in St. Louis. And get the tastachio cream cheese, you won't regret it!
