I really enjoyed myself at Ballpark Village. I don't go out much anymore because I'm not a fan of drunk, Rowdy, loud, ignorance. But it felt good not to deal with that Saturday night. But what I did have to deal with was a big, unprofessional, egotistical, security guard with a mohawk and glasses.I was told that the upstairs open bar area of bally sports was closing down, and they were trying to move people to PBR or Shark Bar. I said, "Ok, can I finish my drink? I just ordered it, and he told me, "Sure." AndHe walks away, and not even 30 to 40 seconds later, he turns back and raises his voice in my ear, telling me that I'm "drinking too slowly". I said I just got the drink. I'm drinking alcohol not Sunny Delight, and why am I being harassed? When I paid for my drink at this establishment.After me and my friends we were walking away as told from the area, he continued to follow and harass us and tell me that I was "doing too much" I said why are you still talking to me?! Why are you still following us? we're out of that designated area you told us to be out of, and he continued to be rude, unprofessional, and kept following us. It honestly messed up the rest of our night. I don't know why these guys treat customers like trash? It's not necessary or that serious. It's overwhelming and not a part of his job description to treat customers like that.I'll definitely be speaking of someone higher up to make sure this doesn't happen to anybody else and especially me again, because I actually enjoy going to Ballpark Village.

I want to like BPV, but I just think it is OK. The chairs are so uncomfortable, and they never advertise that they take reservations, so, even though we got there early, we sat upstairs and watched empty tables reserved for people who didn't show. The audio system is hard to hear; it would benefit everyone if captions were turned on. Some people LOVE BPV, and I am glad for them, but it isn't my favorite.

Service was fantastic! Food was good but portions given are all over the place. My plate had a handful of tots while the guy at the next table had a HUGE pile. Small batch of fries for my companion while another at the table had a HUGE pile. Another had 3 little wimpy chicken strips while we saw huge ones go by on other plates. Saw the same thing when we looked at plates coming out and delivered to other tables. Really inconsistent and unfair if we're all paying the same price.
