3 bad experiences getting carry out. Order mistakes. No dressing 2x
Just now drove back to get the correct items and no one said we're sorry.
We won't be back

Best barbeque in the area! Friendly staff. Ribs are great, so is the smoked chicken. We like the brisket but lately has been a bit dry/overcooked. Will still keep ordering it though. Great baked beans and their garlic bread is so good we order it by the loaf!

Food selection was limited. They were out of the most popular items. The food we did get was tasty but lukewarm.

We eat here often. We love the pulled pork so much, I ordered 20 lbs for a family/friends gathering.

Just had a delivery from this restaurant. Ordered on bandanas website. They left out a side order on a dinner platter and no sauces included as per order. Phoned and the refuse to deliver side and sauces. Claim doordash needs to fix this but they only picked up the order. We did not order through doordash.
I felt I paid too much for the quantity of food and how the food tasted.

Burnt ends sandwich hit the spot. Moist, meaty, delicious! Tried the sweet and spicy sauces; both were great. Definitely should try their brisket.

My complaint/concern is I came in with a client who has a hard time walking even with her walker. We asked for booth, closest to the bathroom. She said she had to seat us to the left of the women who was sitting in the booth directly ahead of us. The one to the right would have been closer to the bathroom and to exit.
I understand that they get certain tables they are to tend to, but under the circumstances for her and the other waitress to trade those tables just for that time would have been the nice thing to do. It is only a few more easy steps for them...but not for my lady..
She had another table right across from the table she should of sat us at as well.
Anyway, customer service seems to be going extinct these days. It's just the principle of the thing.

I loved the bbq, I got coleslaw and fried green beans. I don't recommend either of those. I had fried green beans at PFChangs & they were delicious! These great beans are not good!
Parking: There is plenty of parking available
Kid-friendliness: They have crayons and high chairs for little ones
Recommended dishes: Barbecue Sauces, Bandana's BBQ Brunswick Stew and Salad, Garlic Bread
I'm not sure if the restaurant should be evaluated at 2 stars, but today's experience certainly was.
The server was rude and sarcastic, snipping at us whenever we asked a question she thought we should already know the answer to. The food itself was mediocre, not fantastic but passible. And sadly, their food is way overpriced for its quality.
It seems like Bandana's is on a downward trajectory, and I hate that. I used to love this chain, but every visit in the last couple of years has been lackluster. I hope they can get their act together.

35 minutes after promised time. No workflow whatsoever. I could understand if they were preparing food. Their only job is to put meat in a smoker and remove the meat from the smoker. It’s truly not that difficult…
