Was staying at the hotel for two nights for business meetings onsite. After night two I decided to have breakfast at the restaurant and went down at 7:30.

There was a man waiting at the podium and I asked if he was waiting to be seated - he indicated he was ‘hoping to’.

Looking in the dining room, there were 5 tables with people.

A couple minutes later the server asked the man if he wanted to eat, he said yes and was asked to follow him.

I waited another five minutes with no other server or staff in sight. Then I left and went to Chili Mac Diner a few blocks away. Excellent breakfast there. Tasty and fast service.

Poor experience at Clark and Bourbon. Hire more staff - especially during the baseball season when people are at the hotel.

Seemed like a nice atmosphere. The bar seems like a great vibe, but I just wanted breakfast.

One of the best steaks I've had. Service was top notch and I love the atmosphere and location. Crab cake was amazing as well!

While visiting St. Louis, our flight got in late. We came across this place that was open & still serving dinner. By far, the greatest food & customer service ever! Bryan, the chef was so kind! Isabel was the only server on a very busy night & didn’t miss a beat! She was quick, efficient, took time to answer our questions about what to do while visiting! Every place could use a Bryan & Isabel!’

Love the intimate atmosphere, felt very cozy. Drinks were really well made, and food was sophisticated and tasty. Definitely recommend.

Had one negative encounter with the service but the next time made up for it. I only tried a few snacks but all of it was delish. The craft cocktails tasted great too

It’s great to have an upscale hotel restaurant next to Busch Stadium. The food is good and it has a nice environment and a bar area. It is much less crowded than the craziness of Ballpark Village. That said, we’ve had two glaring service issues that keep me from giving this top marks. The host stand varies between unprofessional and just too casual. The servers seem overly busy, which makes the service unusually slow. It took forever to refill our beverages and the first time we went our food was late and incorrect. However, I’m gonna continue to give this place a chance in hopes that management doubles down on having top quality service match what is a great location and good food.

I love this place. I've been here twice. I love the location five blocks from the Enterprise Center and across the street from the Bush Stadium. Walking in has a light inviting smell of cleanliness. Bartenders are sweet, nice, and polite. The most attractive part of the restaurant and patio is connected, and I love to watch people. Rooms are extremely clean. The number one reason is feeling safe.

Unsure how the food was, greater was about as unhelpful and unfriendly as can be. Was excited to try this out but we needed up heading across the street instead.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I truly hate to submit this feedback but we were clearly not “heard” in person. We came for dinner with our 5 and 7 year old. We ordered simply- hummus plate, grilled cheese kids meal, and burger along with 2 adult drinks. It took us around 45 minutes to get our meal. The manager came by immediately after we got our meals and asked how they were, we said they were fine. After waiting for our check for around 1.5 hours from originally getting there, I went to the bar to ask for our check and asked to speak to a manager. When speaking with the manager, I tried to explain our situation. She asked why I didn’t say anything when she came by- to which I explained we just got our food and we’re hopeful the rest of the time would get better. She also told us people who sit outside are normally fine with relaxing and their meals taking longer. Lastly, she said she would take 20% off, however, she returned our check with the same price we were originally given which was $106. This experience was absolutely awful. Because this took so long we also walked back to our hotel in the rain.

Pretty unfortunate experience. Understaffed on a Saturday with a Cardinals game happening. Food came out cold and was very overpriced.

Poor service. Three people took our order but didn't deliver- took an hour to get one drink, finally got order which had obviously been sitting there for some time. Would not recommend!
