We ordered A double dip of pistachio ice cream in a cup, plus another cup of coffee ice cream with chocolate chip mint. All of their ice cream is old! It was all iced over and tasted terrible. There is far more better places to go than this location. They’ve been in this location, forever, which is surprising with the quality of what they are offering. We live so close so we thought we would treat ourselves. Definitely not a treat for $16.

my friend placed a mobile order came in before pick up time to request whipped cream and a cherry on one of my shakes. in less than a minute was asked for proof of order 3 times by both workers after explaining the first time my friend placed the order and i was having her send me it. when i asked about the whipped cream and cherry she looked at me said it’s an additional charge and i should have put it on my order. the mobile app clearly states for online orders or mobile orders cherry and whipped cream will not be on unless asked for i went in ten min prior to our order being finished and when i showed the the email she said “oh well it’s not supposed to be picked up till 1:45 but since it’s done i guess it’s fine”it was 1:36 and my order was already in a bag and ready. not to mention there were 2 ladies there and one was just standing off to the side on her phone while the other one finished an order. the attitude and unprofessional service a little unbelievable.

After searching a long time for a baskin Robbin’s nearby, we stumbled upon this location. It wasn’t the most appealing place given the garbage and ice cream spills on the floor, however my mom was craving it for her birthday. We ordered our ice cream and the cashier tried to charge us for 2 extra ones that we never ordered or received. As soon as we walked out the door, my nephew dropped his ice cream. He was so upset and in tears. We went back inside to show the woman at the register just for her laugh and tell us it’s not “her problem” that he spilled and recharged us for everything. Ok…. After paying for the new $8 Ice cream she followed up with “that’s too bad” making my nephew feel even worse. To make matters worse she smirked at him and told him to be more careful. Seriously? Coming from Chicago, B&R is a staple, I can guarantee we will never be going back.

My son got an ice cream that was 10 dollars and he accidentally dropped it. I went to get him another one, and they charged me for it. I think this is ridiculous because I have never went to an ice cream place that charges you when you drop an ice cream. The lady there was also extremely rude. She said, “ it’s not my fault your son dropped his ice cream,” along with saying “too bad.” When I gave my son his ice cream, he complained that it was not good and was not sweet. We also noticed that the place was dirty and not clean. There were smudges on the floor and my ice cream tasted old and cheap. After all I paid 30 dollars for 2 ice creams that didn’t even taste good. You should not go to this baskin robins.

Everyone loves ice cream cakes! The ladies working were very courteous, cake looks great.. the store itself could use some updating and thorough cleaning. It's dingier than what I'd expect from Ladue.
