I am not one to usually leave a review but I feel the need to. We had a larger party for a birthday party and it was not up to the standard and reviews online. Appetizers were good. Got the calimari and meatballs. Dessert was also good. The mains is were the issues came. We had three pasta dishes sent back due to being undercooked. We also had a burnt sauce less gnocchi dish. We just asked for a side of butter to help with the dryness of the dish. We were given a whole stick of hard butter. The service also wasn’t great. Most of the people for the party worked in food so we told our waiter we were ready to order both appetizers and mains without her really asking. Also our waiter forgot to take multiple people’s orders. Overall cool restaurant but was disappointed.

This is not the first time we've been here but frankly it's the first memorable visit!
We love the ambience of Basso, the low lighting and comfortable setting. The cocktail menu and wine list are wonderful.
Our server, Madi, was amazing. Clearly, she loves her work. From the cocktails to the appetizers to the main entrees and wine selection, she had so much good advice and recommendations. We really enjoyed the experience and all the food was delicious.
We had the cannellini dip, pasta, and a steak dish. Sorry, I didn't get all of the names of the dishes! Everything was delicious!

There is nothing better than the OG basso! Bartenders like Michael get it and all the classics! Able to make an aviation and just so knowledgeable! Then we met Dalton- service to another level. We have come a few times now hoping these two will be behind the bar to make it like how old Bassos use to be!!! We will keep coming from LSL and always swing thru coming from the city to have this experience!

not a ton of gluten free options for girlies with dietary restrictions and also is super loud and dark. the gluten free pasta was okay. we sat at a booth where the lamp was broken so it kept coming on and off which was distracting

Found out about Bassos on instagram and was intrigued on going. So I went today for date night and wow the ambient lighting and the visuals inside the restaurant was so beautiful. Loved the pepperoni pizza, truffle fries were delicious never had anything like it and our server was very sweet. Definitely returning again and can’t wait to try different menu items!

Canceled my mother’s birthday reservation on the evening our reservation was booked, blaming it on an inexperienced staff and that they wrote it down for incorrect day. Couldn’t find a way to accommodate us. Previously enjoyed our times we went, but not worth dealing with the unorganized staff.
