Wondetful. Enjoying @iamreggieson and the band Black Bandemic. Excellent show.
Not a fan of crowds but I’ll let my secret out. This is the best music club in Saint Louis. The bands are world acclaimed night after night. A temple of sound. Peaceful. The very definition of chill. The patrons and the establishment are all good people. Nice people. Have the beans and rice.
We had a really nice time. The Love Jones Band was great. The food was good but a bit over priced for the portion size. We will go back again.
Band was great! Staff was amazing and super accommodating. Food was a big disappointment. I guess i was expecting something cajun style and super delicious. Most food was over cooked and very dry. Cajun chicken was ok but super dry. Salmon patties burnt and super dry. Fries good. Honey mustard and sauces fantastic. Gumbo not cajun at all bland. Wings really good. Tomato bisque soup not sure what i was served but it was nothing close to soup and tasted burnt. Had no flavor at all. Drinks spot on. Over all would go again but eat somewhere else before.
Very cool place . Great music !
Everything was really good. The customer service, the food, & the live music with Reggie Son. I loved the vibe in this place everyone was nice & polite. I'm definitely going back.
Friendly service. Only had a couple drinks. Didn't try the food.
We paid to reserve a table which money goes to band. Thats ok. We get there and there are tons of open tables but for 2 its in back of club or upstairs( which you have to lean over railing to see) we thought ok other tables are prob reserved. We went upstairs. It took forever to get waited on, there are 2 tables downstairs and us. And 2 wait staff. So not busy. Band starts I go downstairs still tons of empty tables so I ask if we can move, says yes. We are then pretty much to
Great vibe in this place. Cover can be a little steep; however, typically worth it. Drinks and food are priced properly, staff is usually attentive to a tables' needs. This place can fuel your soul during a typical Friday or Saturday evening.
BB's is doing a great job of social distancing. Taking the band temp when they arrive and making sure everything is sterile. Everyone is wearing a mask.
I used to love coming to this place for the food as much as the music. Don't come for the good anymore. I realize there is a limited menu because of what is going on but it is sorely lacking. No signature hush puppies available. While the wings were juicy the sauce was flavorless and no different than a fast food version. The ribs were dry; probably leftovers from days prior. Also I had sent a message via the website 4 days prior and never received a response. Thumbs down.
The live music was nice, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Spent quite a while trying to order, and even longer (nearly an hour) waiting to get my food. Also, was served cold, hard butter to dip my hush puppies in, and given no knife to even attempt to spread it. My mom got soup with cornbread, the soup was good and the cornbread ok, but again with cold hard butter and no knife...
The music was great. The service was good. But the food was not good at all. I had vegetarian red beans and rice. It showed up without the rice. My server brought me some rice, but it was not done. The beans were quite tasty. But....
Great Southern Food. Had the sweet potato pie recently, it was great, while watching Musicians from all over put together an impromptu show. Great night
This is an awesome atmosphere that is very relaxing and fun loving. I went on a Sunday to listen to my favorite band play called Love Jones the band and they never disappoint.
