My husband and I eat at this location 2-3 times a month. We have order 4-5 eighteen inch grinders on Christmas Eve for more years than I can remember. This Christmas Eve when I called to place our ordered I was told the restaurant closed at 4:00 and we would have to pick up the sandwiches by 3:00 which makes no sense to me. I asked the worker to not put the tomatoes on the sandwiches (we don't eat until 5), the sandwiches had the tomatoes on them plus they gave us extra in a container that we didn't need. The sandwiches were soggy and a big disappointment. We will continue to eat here because we like it so much, but not sure what I will do next Christmas.

Love this place. The pizza is great and a nice change from the StL style that is so controversial with out of towners. But the sandwiches are my go too, especially the Chicago Steak. The pizza dough and bread must be fresh, you can tell. Reasonable prices too. Every time I have gone I have picked up and it's ready in 20 min as promised accept for an incident recently, went in and had to wait. They quickly realized the kid never printed the ticket to the kitchen. They came over, TOLD ME THE TRUTH, and offered a couple drinks while I waited. I can't tell you how refreshing it is for a business to admit something went wrong and make their best effort to fix it. They could have quickly thrown my order together and made me wait as it was fairly busy, I would have never known. What started as a mistake has only increased my loyalty. I have only ever gone to the South County location but they never miss!!

The pizza was great! I got a half and half pepperoni pizza, and it was overall awesome. The pizza was at a really good temperature. The staff also helped an elderly lady by opening the door for her. I will vote this a 6 out of 5!

Haven't eaten here in years and it's mostly because of the fact that their sandwiches are so little. I should've gotten a pizza. I got a 9 inch Chicago last night and I asked them to add green peppers as well. It took over 20 minutes to get my sandwich and then when I got it it was lukewarm with literally 6 slivers of onions ,4 mushrooms and like 3 pieces of green pepper. Hardly any steak. I felt like i was eating a bread sandwich. The only reason I didn't ask for a refund because I didn't want to be a bother at the time. Unless you get the 18 inch these sandwiches are not filling at all! My Cajun fries were good though and the atmosphere and customer service were decent. If I ever go back I'll just stick with the pizza. My cousins pasta and pizza looked great. My sandwich was a mere joke though unfortunately 😕

Our order: 3 large pizzas, 1 salad. Cost $80+
I gave 1 star because 2 people in our house liked the toppings on the pizza.
I asked for extra sauce, but there was barely any. Pizza was greasy, crust was not fully done in the center of the pizza.
The salad had very little lettuce, mostly add-in ingredients.
The service was indifferent. They told me 30 mins on the phone, got there in 30 minutes but they hadn't started our order yet. Apparently something was wrong with the crust and it had to be remade. Would have appreciated a phone call letting us know.
At the store, we noticed multiple ingredients sitting out that should be refrigerated...we were there for 30 mins while the ingredients sat on the counter.
We will not be coming back to this establishment. When your prices are higher, better quality is expected.

We ordered quite a bit of food for dine in with the expectation that most of it will be for leftovers. I ate two slices and asked for a cardboard box like I do every time. I was told boxes are too costly to give away and for carry out only. The only way to take home an entire pizza and sides is to stuff it in two styrofoam containers. Beyond ridiculous. If standard pizza boxes are too expensive for a pizza business you have bigger problems.

This was our first time getting pizza from this restaurant. I walked in and ordered. I sat by the counter waiting for my name to be called. The young man who took my order was working the oven. Now, they were busy, but when my order came out of the oven, he put it on the takeout rack. Of course , I didn't know that it was my pizza. As I watched for a little while longer. I asked when my pizza would be ready. They got it from the takeout rack.
