I had to order 75 lunches for an all-day conference and decided to go with Best Box Lunches. I had eaten one of their box lunches in the past, and it really was the best. I ordered a week out and sent my order via email. Within an hour or so, I received a confirmation. It was scheduled. As Friday approached, I reached out to make sure we were still on. Almost immediately, I received confirmation that we were good.Friday arrived along with a family crisis. It was hard for me to stay focused. Right before the first break at 10 something, I was freaking out that lunch hadn't arrived. That I had set it up at the wrong time. So I immediately emailed Best Box Lunches and asked if they could bring the lunches sooner. Keep in mind that I had ordered 75 lunches, so I was really asking a lot. I immediately received a response stating that they would try. That's all I needed to hear. We weren't creating a cure for cancer. If the lunch was late, it would be fine. My family crisis got more intense, but I wasn't freaking out about lunch now. It's amazing what a simple, QUICK email reply can do for a person. When the lunches arrived, they were perfect. They looked like you hadn't been rushed and that you had all day to make them. The bottom line is that I TOTALLY recommend them and will continue to use Best Box Lunches whenever I can. They made me look good.

I cannot think of anything they could do better. The lunch boxes are delicious and really fresh. I had leftovers and was still eating them two days after my last order. Even then, everything was still delicious and fresh.The delivery was perfect with no mistakes and right on time. I tell everyone who will listen to use Best Box Lunches. Maybe you're having a meeting of just 5 or maybe 20 or more? I strongly suggest Bestbox Lunches! The food is beyond compare and so fresh. Such a welcome change from your same old choices for lunch. Their items are individually wrapped in a see through container, making your selection even more inviting so you can see just what you are receiving!Customer service is top notch, just like their menu. Excellence should be in their name because that is just what they are. I work in the IT department were there are 20 plus people some of them haven't heard of Bestbox Lunches until this past Friday, April 23rd.,and boy were they happy, good comments coming through my email one after the other! Each time I order there are no mistakes! I cant beat that if I tried. Thank you Jim and your crew - you guys are awesome and I look forward to ordering from you again!
