“The hotel has been recently remodeled and is lovely. The rooms are very comfortable. The location is great--close to everything. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish I could name them all. The event manager, Neil, was very helpful . We were in town for a wedding and many of the guests stayed here. The lobby was a great space for us to gather in and visit. I would highly recommend this hotel.“

“Definitely the best dining area on campus. I always have excellent food and amazing service. Prices are also very reasonable for the quality (at least relative to WashU dining). I didn't get to go as often this semester, but I plan to go a lot more in the fall!“

“I can only speak to the breakfast buffet, as that is all we had. We ate here 2 mornings in a row. We arrived midmorning both days. The food was fresh and hot. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The eggs were not the typical slimy we eggs that you get in this type of buffet. The Biscuits and gravy were delicious, and the bacon was easily the best buffet bacon I've ever had. The service...this place was packed, but our servers both days were very friendly, and attentive. They moved efficiently and always carried a smile. Until we have a bad experience, we will come here for breakfast any time we stay in downtown St Louis; regardless of where we stay.“

“This is my second time that I have stayed at The Courtyard by Marriot, and I really enjoyed it. I love that, as a Disabled person, I received a room on the first floor. They have a really spacious lobby and eating area as well as an in-hotel-restaurant that is essentially Starbucks, but it IS nice to have that as an option. The room was big, and clean with lots of space to sleep and work. The only thing I would say is that I wish the hotel market had more options. Like some frozen pre-made meals or ice cream.“
