Would be a nice place if there wasn’t cigarette smoke coming to the indoor section. Everyone we do it hasn’t gotten better. Very unpleasant atmosphere to eat in. Need fans in the outside to blow the smoke out!

Waitress seemed like she had too many tables. Slow to wait on us and get back to us to take our order. Other waitresses seemed more proficient.

We love the pizza here, but not the staff! 2 older women waitresses are rude and lazy.
Single mom, came in with my kids bc it was hot and we wanted pizza.
We sat ourselves, I proceeded to grab a baby seat myself. Put baby in seat and there's no strap. Waitress comes to ask what we want to drink, sees me struggling. I ask if she knows if their baby seats have buckles bc my baby was climbing out at that point. Instead of answering my question or go forbid offering to find my a babyseat he can't climb out of. She again asks what we want to drink.
She then walks away, I'm guessing bc I didn't answer her right away. We haven't even sat down yet. I go to another baby seat and try to strap my baby in. The buckle on it didn't look like it worked either. I turn around to see the 2 old women talking about me and staring. Again no help. So we left.
I then call to speak to a manager and am questioned by one of the 2 waitresses. Asking why I'm calling for a manager and then asked if I was the lady just there that was rude to ppl.
I wasn't rude. I was there less than 3 minutes. But ordering drinks before we sat down and before I could safely put my baby in a seat was more important to them. Nevermind that they watched me struggle trying to find a babyseat and offered absolutely no help, but instead stood there talking about me. And Do Not harass me on the phone for calling your manager! Horrible service!
