A wonderful evening in St Louis. The 5-course tasting and wine pairing were fabulous. Our hostess, Paige, was superb. Run, don't walk to the restaurant.
Phenomenal experience dining at the bar for a late reservation. Great food and extremely friendly staff.
Our server, Nicole, was phenomenal and the food was outstanding. This was an amazing experience
My wife and I dined here for our 27th anniversary, and we were not disappointed! We experienced their 5-course menu and enjoyed selecting different dishes to sample a wide range of what the chef had to offer. Standout favorites were the watermelon gazpacho, the lobster cake, the halibut, and the elk. They also have an excellent menu of mixed drinks, themed after song titles, that are tasty. Overall, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend it for a great night out or a special occasion.
My overall experience with this restaurant was awful so many things were unprofessional, overpriced, left, hungry, and upset
Took my parents there for their 50th wedding anniversary. They enjoyed the experience even though it is food outside of their normal diet. They were excited about the eclectic options. Although they didn't particularly care for everything they tried, they thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
My wife and I visited Blood & Sand for the first time last evening. Nicole was our host, and she did a fantastic job taking care of us throughout the evening. We both opted for the recommended 5-course meal with wine pairings—and we were not disappointed. It was one of the most memorable dining experiences we've had in quite some time. Every course delivered exceptional flavor and creativity. Here's what we enjoyed: Course 1 – Slider and Fritto Misto Course 2 – Watermelon Gazpacho (best we've ever had) and Caprese Salad Course 3 – Wagyu Brisket Poutine and Lobster Cake Course 4 – Pan-Seared Atlantic Halibut (simply fabulous) and Coffee-Rubbed Elk Tenderloin (our first time trying elk—rich and flavorful) Course 5 – We both chose the Tiramisu The menu evolves with seasonal availability, which makes us even more excited to return. This place may have just become a new favorite. Well done, Tim Murphy and team.
Went to blood and sand for a night out with a friend. Had a great experience. The food was great. The server was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend the sliders and wagyu brisket fries. Will be back soon just for those items
A very disappointing meal and I would not dine there again nor recommend it. The kitchen seems to have had a terribly underwhelming night that reflected in every dish. Non of the dishes that came out were on par with the reputation of the place, in fact the two seafood dishes from the tasting menu were so terrible. The mussels were chewy and had a bad taste to them almost like they were off .
Celebrating a birthday was top line Sidney was excellent server guiding us through menu choices She acknowledged any allergies or intolerances Guided us though a perfect evening of cocktails and food Highly recommend the duck curry!

We went for our anniversary! The food was spectacular! We liked every single dish we tried. The Tator tots are melt in your mouth! The pozole was cozy and tasted amazing. The steak was as melt in your mouth outstanding. Best tiramisu I've ever had! Paige was our server but she took a lot of time to thoughtfully explain every dish and we very much appreciated her energy, she made the experience even more special. This was definitely a place we will return to again!
Fantastic experience. Love the ambiance. Tries the 10 course meal, awesome. Im glad we had a chance to experience it. The waitress was amazing. She added to the overall experience. I wish I could remember her name but she was awesome. I definitely will be back!
Chefs menu was fantastic as always! Service was also spectacular with a highly attentive staff.
Colton & Nicole were the coolest people to talk to my entire time in St. Louis. I was traveling for business and came in based on reviews and left full and feeling like I had just made a couple friends. Good food, good people, no complaints.
Very good cocktails and the poutine was out of this world! Service was quick and attentive. I went for my anniversary and it was a wonderful experience! I would definitely go back!
