If you like German inspired beer (pilsners, dunkels, marzens, etc.), Blue Jay Brewing Co. is the place! I was in St. Louis for a conference and tried a few craft breweries in the city. None of them compared to Blue Jay Brewing Co. As an added bonus, they also had fabulous deviled eggs (with fried chicken skin on top. My only regret was not purchasing an XL t-shirt. I went with a large which is a little tighter than I thought it would be.

An amazing brewery with a great selection, lovely staff, great owners, and delicious food.
Busy during their ⚽ team hours but the Hefeweizen was good. Just passing through. Wish they had it in a can at the time.
Great beers! Tried the hefeweizen and pilsner and both were excellent. Highly recommend a visit!
