Wouldn't know as we were a party of 4 came in around 2:30pm! Was seated by the hostess in the back which didn't appear to be busy at the time! Was never approached by anyone in the 20 min we sat there to acknowledge us will be right with you! Approached the hostess to let her know that no one had been with us! Not an apology or anything,just asked where we sitting! You sat us right? You're lucky I'm from out of town because never again!!

The boats are fun the food is amazing and the vibe is real!!

Everything about this place is great. Came at noon for a beer and some
Good. Boathouse salad was good, place has good vibes, friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful view of the pond. They have pellet feed that you can give to the ducks and fish. Came back again later in the afternoon for some more beer and rented a paddle boat four an hour. Was a fun ride, and you are able to go all the way to the fountains by the St. Louis Art Museum. Saw ducks, great egrets, and three deer while paddling.

I love the location and the atmosphere, the food was great, my fish was crispy and perfectly cooked, the service was good but it could be better, cause we have to ask for refill many times.

Busy Saturday afternoon, hostess absent from hostess stand for minimum 15 min as line started forming. Asked two deferent servers if hostess was on duty, response was yes, but busy. We were informed we could sit outside, self seating. The tables were dirty so we cleaned a table and sat down, only to have the hostess tell us the table was for others. Waste of 30 min on a disorganized eatery. This from a local restaurant owner, so know proper and improper service when we see it.

We walked to the boathouse for brunch during a girls weekend. We absolutely enjoyed the view, the drinks and friendly staff. The food was subpar, especially for the price.
