5 Stars – The Chicken Was So Good I Got Emotional We came here to celebrate our 1-year anniversary, and I left wondering if I should write a thank-you letter to the chef. First off, let’s talk about that chicken—hands down, the softest, most moist chicken breast I’ve ever had in my life. Like, I had a moment. It was that good. Perfectly seasoned, melt-in-your-mouth tender—I almost forgot it was poultry and not a warm hug in meat form. The shiitake mushrooms on the side were also on point. Rich, savory, and full of that earthy goodness that made me feel like I was leveling up my taste buds in real time. Then we got hit with dessert. Floating Island. I didn’t know what to expect, but what I got was pure magic—a fluffy cloud of sweetness with crème anglaise that made my eyes roll back like I just hit a flavor jackpot. And to top it all off—they surprised us with a free dessert when they found out it was our anniversary. That little gesture made the whole night even more special (and delicious). Brasserie by Niche didn’t just feed us. They fed our hearts, our relationship, and our future expectations of all restaurants everywhere. Good luck to the next place we go. You’ve been warned.
Went here for Valentine’s Day with my husband and was incredibly satisfied. Food, drinks, and intimate atmosphere are great. Service was lacking but because of the holiday, I’d excuse it. I’m sure it’s lovely when it’s less crowded
We recently hired the team at Brasserie to cater the desserts for our wedding. Due to an accident, half of our dessert was lost. Leanne made it a priority not only to go back to the restaurant and have them make even more than we originally ordered, but she also refunded part of our order AND gave us a gift card. The desserts were some of the best I’ve ever had. Guests were raving about the food, even the gluten-free options! 5/5 starts for going above and beyond to make our evening special.
My husband and I just spent our 10th wedding anniversary here! What a wonderful place! The service was top notch, the food was très bien!! The duck à l’Orange was incredible! We cannot wait to go back! Absolutely recommend!
Just discovered the ultimate burger and fries joint nestled in Urban Chestnut’s Beer Garden! It’s called Brass Bar.The ambiance is unbeatable – laid back and chill. enjoying your meal with some live music in the sunshine. Now, let's talk about the food: crispy fries paired with beer cheese might be a match the beats peas and carrots!A definite must-try for all burger/fries enthusiasts out there!

So, visiting Brass Bar has been on my list for a long time and I finally got to go last night! The atmosphere there is really nice, great date spot aesthetic for sure. It’s fake and candle lit, created a very intimate environment.I ordered the Stonewall Spritzer and the How Very for drinks. Both took a few sips for my taste buds to acclimate but afterwards there were really good and strong! I definitely want to go back and try the full range of the cocktails! For food I had ordered the bistro steak and frites. The fries were really good and the steak was good too, though overcooked a tad. However, customer service where this bar soars into one of my top spots in STL. After I had told my server that it was over cooked a little bit, he made sure that that didn’t ruin my experience (although it wouldn’t have anyway, I still finished it!). They ended up taking it off my bill, that was super unexpected and I really appreciate them making sure that I was happy with my experience. I will definitely be back for that sort of hospitality alone!Lastly, I ordered the blueberry baked Alaska off of their dessert menu and it was FANTASTIC! So good, I would definitely come just to order that and cocktails alone hahahaYou should definitely check out Brass Bar if you get a chance. I really enjoyed my time there!

One of my favorite cocktail bars, in any city. They make a great Last Word.
My favorite bar as far as atmosphere goes in St. Louis. Plus I think they have the best variety in drinks. Great for a date
