Ambiance was casual, but still upscale. Food was superb especially desserts. Price was reasonable for the quality of the food. Sarah, our server, was attentive bit did not hover.
Food is always great and the ambience is exactly like a French brasserie. Because it's so popular service can be a little slow at times. Definitely a favorite.
Brasserie is a great special occasion restaurant. The service has always been delightful. The ambience is wonderfully French. The food is pretty consistently good. The mash under the beef on the daily menu was too salty the last time, especialy with the lardons already on the plate. But this is a GREAT place to take a date or your significant other for a special occasion.
Really great food -- especially the mac and cheese -- and quick and friendly service! I'd definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again :)
This place used to be the crown jewel of fine dining in St. Louis. Now, it's just another overpriced restaurant in town with poor service
Wonderful service, food & drinks served timely. Food was excellent for appetizers, soup, salad, main entrees and desserts. We were treated to a couple of extra tastings. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a special occasion meal.
The service was very attentive and all the special request that I had were acknowledged and respected, and the food was very good
We had a lovely evening at Brasserie celebrating our anniversary! Everything we ordered was delicious, with a special nod to the braised beef entree, which was excellent! On a Friday night, it was a little loud so If noisy dining isn't your jam, coming on a weeknight is worth the trip to try one of the best restaurants in the Lou. And don't sleep on the cookies on the dessert menu. They rock!
Service was great, food was v v disappointing. Bread and butter, fabulous Escargot, way too salty steak Tar Tar, meh Chicken liver pâté, good but too sweet French Onion soup, weird tangy flavor, Steak Frites, french fries were delish, steaks were ok. 300+ dollars later, not worth it
I always enjoy dining at Brasserie—the servers are impeccable and attentive, and the food is nothing short of exquisite. My husband made a reservation to celebrate our pregnancy, and our server went above and beyond to make the occasion feel truly special, surprising us with complimentary non-alcoholic champagne and rich, velvety chocolate gelato. Every dish tasted fresh and beautifully prepared, and the ambiance was the perfect balance of elegance and warmth. I look forward to returning again soon.

Our waitress, Grace was outstanding. She was helpful in recommendations with both wine and food. Grace was attentive, but not overbearing. The burger was flavorful and cooked to my specifications. Your French onion soup is top notch, too.

Had a great meal 3 courses all in for fifty bucks! Great ambiance!
Always good. Only suggestion is a bit brighter table lighting especially behind blocked off tables.
This was our first visit. It was recommended by a friend. We loved it! The food was outstanding. Our server was the perfect combination that a server should be. He was always there before we needed something, he knew answers to our questions and he was nice.
We ordered a burger and fries, and the pot roast. Both were outstanding. The drinks were special too.
We sat inside since we had never been there and wanted to experience it. Patio dining looked like it would have been nice also, depending on the weather.
