To be honest about this company now I see why it's Going Out of business. As nothing but failures. I have made several attempts to contact this company regarding one of the restaurants. And nobody has reached out to me. I have left several messages. I've even left messages for the restaurant. That's located in Pontoon Beach. I've even went out of my way and reached out to other local businesses to kindly. Contact some type of superior that's over these companies. Nobody has contact me back.It makes me feel like my money is not valuable? It makes me feel like I am not a valuable customer. They need to get their stuff under control. That's why they're going out of business and serving nasty food

I’m just in shock that nobody has sued this place by now…. They told me they were gonna call me back when they are gonna send my pay check out…. They never called back… So I called back to check the status of my pay check cause I didn’t receive it… And they don’t wanna answer…. I’m really surprised no one sued this place or this place isn’t shut down by now….
Me as a former employee at the Burger King on Manchester road in Ellisville, I couldn’t stand how rude sometimes people be talking to the customers. That’s why I ended up leaving as well..

customer experience in non-exsisting... they just lie and say they will call you back, but never do. Not to mention the literally insane prices... 6 dollars for a plain whopper only no meal? terrible service and ridiculous prices mean Broadway Restaurant Group does not care about their customers only money. SHAME!!!

I've never left a negative review before for any restaurant as I believe most people are doing the best they can. HOWEVER, my experience at the Burger King on Manchester in Ellisville is an absolute exception! The staff at the drive thru should work nowhere near the public. I received the wrong drink and tried to exchange it.Simple... happens sometimes. Just exchange it and move on. Instead I was told it was somehow my fault. I corrected her and said it's not good service to blame a customer. She raised her voice and when I asked for her name (no name tag on her stained sloppy tee), she said to leave "her" drive thru. I said I didn't receive my sandwich. And she threatened to call the police! I know, insane! My food was bagged at that point and instead of giving it to me, she handed my money to me! Craziest experience ever!I'll not give another dime to BK in the STL area.

This company claims to care about feedback, yet you can’t share it with a human. Why should I be surprised when they don’t even employ humans at their locations? It’s impossible to actually receive food at their locations.

I went for a meeting to get more insight about being a team lead at B.K. I learned a lot and conversed with some really cool people.

UPDATE: The district manager tried to suppress his chuckles over the phone, I see the humor in it too. But I was not aiming to entertain him with my experience. I got my money back, (in cash no receipt and I paid with a card that I am definitely canceling/renewing after this transaction) safe to say I will not go to a Burger King again. I’ll pray for that lady surviving on her Burger King budget.?? Thank you. This company owns the Burger King on Dunn rd near the Sierra Vista Schnucks. This location has a terrible morning staff notorious for demanding there customers to pull backwards in the drive through in order to cheat there drive thru stop-clock. The manager comfortably curses at customers unprovoked. I am a very mild tempered young woman and for her to call me out of my name for wanting fresh hash browns, emphasizes that she knows her corporate office will care less about rectifying the situation. This location is in a predominantly Black neighborhood and the morning manager is a Black woman in her 50s, it is a shame that this type of behavior is deemed acceptable.I wrote a more detailed review under the Dunn rd Burger King’s google review page.

Awful company, treats employees like less than human. 7 yrs gone. New vp is a monster. Drove almost 4k miles in 3 months, no reimbursement, killed my car. Moved for them 100+ miles away, no help. Refused to help with covid pay, had to use 3 yrs of saved vacation. Just an atrocious experience. After working for bk corporate and 4 different franchisees they ruined everything. ? pathetic...

I’m reviewing the Burger King (Broadway Restaurants) in Marshfield. While 1st opening the food & service was 4 stars. Since we have went 3 times to eat once with Family. The food was cold & put together sloppy, soda machine wasn’t working, no ice all 3 times. Today (1/13/20) I ask to talk to the manager. She was abrupt & rude! I was telling her about the concerns. Obviously it is affecting business cause it’s never busy since after the opening.
