My dad and my two brothers and I tried to go to Bubba’s a month or so ago after golf and it was closed sadly. However, today we got carry out and it did not disappoint. My brother had the Bubba’s special. My parents split the brisket special, and I had the Italian Beef.
I’ve lived in Chicago for a time and usually would get my Italian beef, dipped, which wasn’t an option (at least online), but the ratio of beef to Giardiniera was perfect and au jus on the side was perfect for dipping. The bread soaked up the au jus well without it becoming overly soggy. I really want to do a side by side comparison of Bubbas and their neighbor Vinnies Italian beef one day.
My brother and parents both enjoyed their sandwiches. My mom thought that the au jus on the side with the brisket was a cool idea and agreed with me on the bread soaking up the sauce well. My brother said that the sauce on the Bubbas special was interesting (in a good way) because he was expecting something similar to Amighetti’s sauce, but said that it did not disappoint.
We will be back!!

I got the Cuban, the Billy’s Special, and the chili! They are all so delicious! This is a great spot to try if you haven’t already!
Also if you want something with brisket, come EARLY! I’ve been told the brisket sells out quick!

Bubba's Deli serves up a fantastic Italian sandwich—packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients. I was especially impressed by the friendly service. They even brought out a water bowl for my dog, which made dining outside on a nice day even better. Highly recommend for great food and even better people!

My daughter, son and grandson just went to Bubba’s Deli. (I never even knew Bubba’s existed) I couldn’t go with them, but they brought me back a Turkey Melt. Wow. When I say it was the very best sandwich I’ve had in a longggg time, I’m not exaggerating. The turkey was delicious and fresh, nice generous portion. The bacon was smokey and oh so good. Add in the cheese and sauce on delicious, fresh bread french and you’ve just tasted heaven. I had onions, tomato, pepperoncinis and mayo added to my sandwich. You can’t go wrong here! Bubba’s Turkey Melt is done right! I’ll be dreaming about Bubba’s, lol, but since I’m a disabled shut in, and I can’t afford to order out, I’ll need to be patient for my next sandwich. 100% recommend. God Bless you all.

I ordered a few different sliders just to check this place out. I was pleasantly surprised with the quantity of portions and the quality of the food. Their meatballs are hands down the best I have found in St Louis. The pulled pork is amazing, no sauce needed. It had a nice smoked flavor that was not overbearing. It was definitely tender and juicy. I can't review the other one I ordered as of yet as I'm full just from the first two sliders. side note: you did mess up on my chips but that is okay has the food more than made up for that. Kudos to you I hope your business does well and I will definitely be a repeat foodie customer sharing your business with all of my friends.

Great local deli.I got the Saturday specials: brisket and potato casserole, which were both divine.I will be coming back.Sat out on the patio with my pup Noodle, who also approves.I believe that they also offer takeout because I did car drive up In park for approximately 1 minute while he went in and grabbed his food.Street parking and one small step to get in.
