“cube tea is super adorable! the place has great decor, cute packaging and fantastic drinks - this shop is reminiscent of popular boba shops in asia.
we ordered a fruit tea and crème brulee brown sugar milk tea, and we liked our drinks a lot.
the ambience is pretty great with outlets by all the seats. it was constantly crowded when we went on a sunday evening, and it was full of chinese international students (so you know the place is authentic and approved!)“
“The cashier was really nice and even repeated the order back to me to make sure it was correct. The boba tea was delicious and you can even mix flavors if you want! There was a bit of a line so be prepared to wait a few minutes before ordering since it's usually quite busy since it is in a mall. Would definitely go again!“

“This place is it! Fantastic and authentic boba drinks, every variety and trend you can imagine (popping boba, pudding, salted cheese, etc). The quality is always high and service is top notch. Probably the #1 boba spot in Saint Louis right now.“

“Bubble tea is one of my favorite restaurants! I recommend the strawberry boba with strawberry slushi. The employees are very nice. They were very patient with us and nice. But the restaurant very good looking. But their not supposed to be known as the prettiest restaurant on earth. Me and my kids love to go here when we're bored. Overall I would rate this place a 9/10“

“My family and I are visiting St Louis and stopped in Cafe de Blaire for some ice cream. It was homemade and delicious. On top of that, the owner was sooo kind and warm to my kids. She gave me a sample of a coffee drink and it was delicious. I went back today for more coffee. The other worker was there and also very kind. I am a coffee snob and both drinks I tried were GOOD. We will be back tonight for ice cream. 😊“

“First time coming here tonight 9/7/24. My friend and I came about an hour before closing. The two employees there were very friendly and answered all my questions about flavors and boba. I ended up getting the brown sugar panda with black pearl boba and it was absolutely delicious!“

“Our family loved it. It’s a cute little place with delicious (and aesthetically pleasing)treats, and the employee was very friendly. There are tables, seating for 2 mostly, and K-pop which my daughter also loved. We’ll definitely return!“

“poke one was so good! the place seems to be run by a family, and has a very friendly ambience. they have a good variety of boba too.
i built my own bowl with salmon, edamame and more while my companion got the hunt valley classic with salmon and tuna. my bowl with 3 portions of fish was very generous, although i think there should have been more sauce. the fish was very good and not fishy at all. the hunt valley bowl was good too.
we also tried the popcorn chicken which was fried and seasoned to perfection! for drinks, we got a brown sugar milk tea and matcha milk tea. the brown sugar milk tea was more fragrant than i thought, and the matcha milk tea was good too.
we really enjoyed our experience dining at poke one and will be back!“

Authentic Taste: I had the cookies and cream bubble tea and a taro shaved ice (by myself, don’t judge), and I enjoyed both. The bubble tea reminds me of Taiwan. as the boba tastes fresh with perfect texture and chewiness. The shaved ice can easily be shared among 2 people as a fun snack.
Friendly Employees: The owners are very friendly and answer questions. If you know the flavor, texture, and ingredients you want, you can ask them to customize it for you or recommend something.
The only con -
Menu Design: The menu could be simplified as there are too many options. It was very overwhelming to read at first so I went with my regular "Taro" and "Cookies and Creams" flavors. But like I said, the employees are very friendly so that made it less intimidating.
10/10 would come back.“

“I ordered their happy wrap with mayonnaise,lettuce,tomatoes, onion, veggie burger tofu, ketchup, and avocado. If you have a low spice tolerance don't get it. But for me this was a 100/10!! The flavors came together so nicely. The food was all wrapped up securely. It was the best thing I ever had.“

“ordered a limited edition malt milk tea with boba and enjoyed it a lot! the tea was flavorful and the boba was well cooked, although it came with a lot of foam (not cold foam, air bubbles from shaking the tea), which i would have liked for them to strain a little better.“
