Server Jackie was friendly and attentive. We waited for a little bit to be waited on and a server (Jackie) who said she was in training asked if we had been helped yet. We weren't in her section but she could see we were waiting for a bit and came over and asked if she could help us. She was in training but there was not a trainer in sight.

I popped into town to take care of a few things and had some downtime to grab a bite with friends and chose the Brew House. I was skeptical because the reviews are hit and miss but our server Bri was ON IT!!! She reassured us we made a good choice and had us seated, looking at menus and taking drink orders in a blink. I am not a beer drinker...but my friend ordered a beer and swore it was the freshest beer she's ever had. Bri suggested the Bacon & Bleu....I'm glad I listened. It was really good. We had a good time catching up and the excellent service we got from Bri made the experience even better. She never missed and no matter how undecided we were or how many times we needed something, Bri was there with a smile and a suggestion. Good service makes an experience memorable and Bri gave us 10/10 service. Thanks Bri!!!

Some girlfriends and I visited Ballpark for the first time while I visited from Atlanta. Bri was our server and I cant wait to come back and visit Ballpark and her again!! She was so sweet and so knowledgeable on the menu. She was able to make some suggestions on the food for us as well as things to do around the city. If you ever visit Ballpark Village, ask for Bri! This past weekend I visited Brewhouse and when I say my sever Bri was Astonishing that’s an understatement. She was very knowledgeable about the menu as well as how the food tasted. Being from out of town I enjoyed trying new foods. The brisket she recommended was delicious. A great sever makes whole experience Amazing. When I come back in town I will be coming back and hoping I can be seated with Bri again!
