it was a great experience amazing food , and my server aleeyah was just wonderful. she was fast and made sure my food was hot coming to the table. never had to ask for a drink refill. i hope to have her everytime i eat at the brew

I probably should have looked at the reviews before sitting down at this place, but selection for restaurants with seating is very limited in the small airport. First, there are no menus. All through your phone with QR codes. My sister, who has no idea what those are, would’ve been absolutely dumbfounded by the concept. The process of ordering by phone isn’t required for drinks and the waitress told us that’s just for the menu that she will take the order. But she never came around so I placed the order online. The interface isn’t that easy to work with and it was confusing that I was ordering a side salad but then also substituting Fries for additional onion rings, and the price was overcharging me based on what was seen on the screen.It’s safe to say that their French dip is probably the one item that will not get you sick to your stomach. Everything else is deep fried and I could smell the fish sandwich from the person next to me.Probably the biggest surprise was in the middle of my salad, where I found the stem of romaine lettuce that should have been discarded, but was served to me and hidden underneath all of the other green. The cucumbers looked wilted or dehydrating, and the tomatoes were squashy, which yielded a not so savory taste.My sister asked for a glass of ice water and after waiting 15 minutes for it we decided just to pack up and leave.

No physical menus. Food is just OK. Servers don't really want to interact with you. They want you to scan the QR menu. Place your order. Bring you the food, reluctantly.. physical menu! Better interactions. Only sit down place for breakfast. The pre-made items at either Starbucks or Dunkin is just as good. No more QR menu and ordering. The servers don't Ask you what you want. If you ask for a menu they just point, say "scan that" and wait for your order.

Ordering online didn’t work at my table, and they only had one server for the entire restaurant. I asked employees twice for the server to come by, since the table code didn’t work, but I was never served after 25 minutes. Not worth wasting your time there if the place is busy. They don’t properly staff it.

Out of the options in A terminal, this is the best one, and it’s decent for airport food. Solid food, friendly service, prices not absolute highway robbery, and you can get beer that’s not Budweiser too. Have been twice and would go again. Thanks Budweiser!

Server was very rude to us and the table next to us. Ordering online was overly complicated. There was a table of older people next to us that were having a hard time with the online ordering. The waitress refused to bring them paper menues even though they have them. We ended up having to help them order. The waitress could not care less. Drinks were over priced and tiny. Floors were so sticky I could barely pick my feet up. Never again!

Nice staff but so effing slow. Waited 35 minutes for a Turkey melt which was not ready before my flight had to leave. They readily gave me a refund but said their system can't refund the amount I left in tip. Guess I'll have to dispute that through my credit card company, which is annoying. I was the fourth in a long line of people getting refunds for the exact same reason.
