Buffalo Wild Wings

My boyfriend and I went here a few days ago and the experience was terrible. The girl that seated us didn't even act like she wanted to seat us she had a attitude from the get go. And then our waiter came over fast for the first time but after that was terrible he even got lost at some point for along time our food was waiting for along time. My boyfriend had to track some guy down that worked in the kitchen and beg him to even bring it out to us it was ridiculous the place was empty and we waited a hour or more for our food. We never even got a refill on our drinks. Not including the few times before we waited a hour and 20 mins for a table to be told it will be another 20 or 30 mins so we left and we gave it another try but we won't be back.

Just take the extra mile and go to kirkwood. These people can’t sauce properly at store. If you order online because they are closer than kirkwood they can’t get that right either. Just go to kirkwood these people lazy with your order.

Good BWW, little heavy on the wing sauce so made mild a bit hotter than normal but wasn't bad at all, great visit!

Great wings! Mango Habanero sauce is the best I've tasted so far, went to other wing places, Buffalo Wild Wings is the best so far!

I can't even describe how awful this experience was. I think this is my only one star review. I didn't leave a comment when I first made this review because it was too much. But it's been years and I still think about this day. Don't go to Buffalo wild wings man. Just get wing stop instead.

I ordered 20 wings I live 5 minutes away it took an hour to get here and then the sauce was all on the bottom of the cardboard box barely any on the wings. Disappointed in the quality of my order.

Waited to be seated for 10 mins and the restaurant was not terribly busy. Was seated for over 5 mins before our server showed up. Waited 45 mins for our food to come out. Every single order was not hot…not even warm. Unless you are going there to just drink beer at the bar, highly recommend staying away from this location.

Very nice and pretty bartender and the food was served very quickly. Mozzarella sticks are made from frozen so they are not great. A step up from Arby's mozz sticks though. The traditional wings with chipotle bbq dry rub were great. The triple bacon burger was okay, but they put tomato on it and bacon was overcooked, so that was hard and dry. Overall good experience.

Worst experience I've had in a while. Where do I begin? Ill keep this short. The wait staff was the worst . Food was sub par to say the least!!! I wish I would've just ate a couple hotdogs at quiktrip .

Chicken tenders were tougher than shoe leather. Service just ok. Atmosphere was off. More like a kids hangout

The food is always fresh and tasty.
