I called to order and pick up. I got 45 minutes after I called the time and they told me that it was gonna be ready, and when I got to the place, they had been even started with my order

Received the wrong food. Manager was rude and sound inconvenienced when I called to see if it could get corrected. Nevermind. I'll save my money in the future.

Came in with my family, stood at the front to be seated with multiple workers walking by with out even acknowledging us. When we were finally seated the table was very wet, not a huge deal because at least it was clean. The food was not worth the $80 we spent. The chicken in my wrap was so dry I couldn't even eat it. The waitress acted clueless when you even asked her a question and there was a lady in the kitchen just leaning all over the counters. The whole experience was very off. It's sad to spend that much money and have a negative experience. South county is closer but we will drive down to Farmington from now on.

The girl at the cash register is really a very repulsive and very racist person and someone who discriminates in terms of service, I witnessed this with my own eyes. She even gave my order late on purpose. This is really the last place I will recommend to me. A complete disappointment

Just horrible service. I watched 2 groups that came in after we did, start eating before my order was taken. One of those groups had the same server as we did. We had to ask for straws and utensils. 44 minutes after we arrived we got our food. But the group who walked in 30 minutes after us got food in 8 minutes.

BWW is notorious for bad service. This location lives up to the reputation. I tipped the server but I now regret that.

I had a very long and stressful 18 hour shift at work and the only thing I wanted was a tall beer and some wings. I met a nice little guy named Braeden that did everything for me quick and efficiently. He reminded me of my little boy and I couldnt ask for a better experience.

The server over charged me and refused to honor the bogo wing deal. The reasoning was due to me ordering sides, though I paid full price for each side I ordered. Then refused to ring it back up under the deal that I asked about before I even started ordering. Why have a bogo deal if you refuse to honor it!?

I ordered 4, 10 pieces bogo orders of wings missed 10 pieces and just got one small cup of ranch for 70 wings

Feel bad for the bartender as they're usually the only ones working here.. if you want service, go straight to the bar - if the bar is full, do yourself a favor and leave. 4 waiters/waitresses saw me standing up front waiting to be seated and didn't do shit, including a manager wearing purple. Bartender had all the business and was sweating trying to keep up. Awful service, I had to leave since I only have 30 min lunch and was waiting for over 10 to be seated. Will not be back to this location. And no, it was not busy inside.
