i have eaten here a couple times and the atmosphere and service is always on time and fresh. if you can get Nick G as your server, do it. he is always nice and funny, my favorite at the restaurant by far.

Probably the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Got seated and proceeded to not be waited on for 20minutes. I have never been to a restaurant where it has taken more than 5 minutes to at least take a drink order.
Wings were over cooked and not good flavor.Fries were good.

We ordered 10 traditional wings extra wet while watching the second half of the super-bowl. They came out all drumsticks (which usually you have to pay extra to get) plus they were so crispy that you couldn’t even get any chicken off them. We have never been to this bww so I’m assuming it was just all the people for the sb but not a good experience food wise…. Out bartender was AWSOME and every tv was on the game so 3 stars is just for food!

Took forever to get seated. Once we did, my friend and I waited for 30+ minutes at our table and not one server came to talk to us in that whole time. It was outrageous. I can't believe that happened. I've never been to a respectable establishment that would do something like this. The four boys that got sat right before us were immediately greeted with a server. So was the couple that was sat ten minutes after us. I'm appalled. I feel disrespected and discarded. Never returning again. You people lost some valuable business. Fenton for the win.
