I went into the restaurant to use the restroom that day. I was not there for lunch at that time. I was told that I could not use the restroom unless I bought something. My question is: is this how you gain/keep customer coming back?Needless to say I will never go back when I want lunch. That restaurant is located at Delmar and Kingshighway in St. Louis, Mo. They have lost at least two customers; me and the person that I told, not mention the person that they told and so on and so forth.
