The inside is dirty food terrible ask for a bacon cheeseburger when I receive it, it didn’t have bacon told the lady upfront she made me a new still didn’t have bacon. The burger taste like it was reheated would not come back do not recommend coming here

I just tried to order Mozzarella Fries at 10:30pm and I was told they have chicken fries or chicken nuggets. The drive-thru is open until 1am. I guess the staff gets to limit the menu so they don't have to cook as much for the last 3 hours of the day. I will not come here again.

Service was trash cashier never gave me my drink. The food server gave me someone else food bad experience won't be revisiting! They need to close those location!

Luckily this place is in a good area the cooks always done there job foods always great but as far as the deaf people on the speaker and the blind working behind the register be prepared to deal with rude slow people while keeping your appetite,your better off eating at a dine in restaurant or driving to Illinois....

They keep making me wait in the parking lot when I go to through the drive thru even when there is nobody behind me and I order the most basic burger and fries. It is likely to fake good order times for the corporate overlords.
This is overall in my opinion a good location. It has seen its ups and downs over the last couple years but overall is good. They have the same issues that other businesses face as well and that's having adequate staffing for the amount of business that they get. Had dinner there yesterday they where short handed but the employees where nice and the food was hot. The manager there was nice but kinda frantic which was putting the the other staff on edge. Only advise i can give would be to keep relaxed and take control of what your doing and do the best you can do and thats all you or anyone can expect from you. Would recommend to others.

This is the worst location I've ever been to. They are negligent and rude. They just seem to give yo what they have, instead of making food. I ordered an 8 piece and got 5. Lol. I won't be surprised when this location is replaced with another restaurant. Your employees will be the cause.

Food and service was surprisingly good but the Wopper Jrs now are smaller than crabby patties. I actually lold when I saw it. In another few years they'll be White Castle burger size.

This in particular location is very unprofessional very disturbing, immature, and rude which makes it hard for you to trust the food you’ve eaten here sad but very true in the overnight crew just locked and close the store whenever they want to I work overnight myself. I ordered online and was expecting To pull up, receive my order and satisfy my hunger and I did neither of them
