I feel like I'm being punked every time I order from here. I ordered a chicken wrap and they put so much sauce on it that it came pouring out as soon I opened the wrapper. There was no lettuce, just sauce and a chicken nugget size piece of chicken in the wrap. I just threw it away. Previously, ever order has been wrong. I took a Junior Whopper back because it was just the bun, and veggies, no meat. The lady tried to tell me that's how I ordered it even though the slip showed I ordered it with no mayo and no onions. They never smile or say hello or thank you. The management there must be awful if the people working there hate their job so much.

Customer service is atrocious. Then on top of that I waited 30 minutes last night and since it was close to my house, I went again tonight just to get some tacos been in the line for 20 minutes. Had to ask for my money back. This place is freaking horrible.

Took staff to long to get to me to place my order the only standing there at that 3 people with he'd sets and no one as j ING me if ivd have bee. Help till Finley someone from the back came out I had to wait on her yo finish mopping the front area . Other re were pacing around doing nothing till she came out then tried to take her nojo away asking me if I been help seeing taking my orderGer service was good .

The curly-haired young lady at the first drive-thru window should be fired. Not only was she smoking on the job, but additionally, she is rude, ghetto, tactless, and unprofessional. She couldn’t give me all of my change, and then when I placed a second order and asked to take off the amount which she could not return, she came to the front while I was speaking with the manager and made light of it while walking around the kitchen putting on lip gloss. How asinine! It’s sad that there are good people who need jobs and want to work, while ghetto queens like her are employed and act like they are too good for them.

Thank you staff of this location for caring about service. All was as it should be with ideal fast food.For corporate tho, fr, you people suck for trying exude so much control over employees to make them say "you rule." That's some lame boomer delusion of an idea too. Idgaf what motto people say I care that they're nice and decent while I try and get something to eat. People and service, 5 stars. Existential dread as I see capitalism slowly consume the working man as they find new ways to say "dance for me" as they sprinkle pennies around that aren't enough to survive, 0/10. No blame at all to workers, you guys said it with care. Corporate, you are amongst the many reasons why this planet blows.

Walk in there at 5:30 June place my order in paid and wait until 5:55 for the manager to come back and ask me what I ordered. Because the person never put it in the computer and then try to argue with me about getting my refund when I didn't want to wait longer after working all day. Meanwhile, they're in the back joking. Have fun not wearing any gloves eating food straight out of the bin. Completely unprofessional, everyone there needs to be replaced. And one more thing, it doesn't matter how much your order is. If you walked in there paid for a mill, you should get the same service as someone that paid a $100 to someone it just paid a dollar yet. My order was only $5 but it still didn't mean I should wait more than 5 minutes for food. That's already been sitting there waiting.
