The workers seemed fairly nice for being likely overworked and underpaid. 20 minutes to order with 4 cars in the drive-thru, another 15 minutes to get the food, and another 10 for me to ask for, then walk inside and get, my drink. No hate on the workers, but I hope I never end up here again.

Sometimes lobby is closed, which forces me to use drive thru to pick up and deliver Doordash and Grubhub orders. Check doors on north side (Chippewa).

I ordered a burger with no onions and I got onions. I was offered to bring it back to have another one made. My cotton candy slush was very good
I went back to have burger remade and to order another burger and I asked for no onions again and again I got onions One burger had onions and one didn't

I'd give a zero but can't I fell inside store on greasy floor not one worker even offered to help me up the manager was sitting at the table I slid under and he went over and grabbed a wet floor sign as blood ran down my leg

Excellent customer service. Quick response from the staff. I was given an explanation for why I needed to wait for the food. The staff is pleasant. Will this truly make Burger King the undisputed winner in the latest iteration of the Burger Wars? Time will tell. If I had the bread I'd put it on the 👑
